We enlisted Michelle and Eternity Moments for wedding day management services and it was THE BEST decision we made for our wedding. From beginning to end, Michelle was organized, knowledgable, patient, responsive and attentive to our needs.With the pandemic present in 2021, we were hesitant to lock in anything for 2022. When we finally did make the call after restrictions eased, it was about three months to the wedding day and very daunting. But, having Michelle’s assistance with timeline planning and coordination as well as management of the day made it seamless and worry free. For instance, on the day of, we didn’t have to stress about the venue, decor, set-up, photographers, caterers and more because Michelle and her team had it covered. This allowed us to focus on enjoying the day, connecting with our families and friends and being in the moment with each other.Our wedding day was the best and most memorable day of our lives and we’re so appreciative and grateful for Michelle’s expertise, support and attention to detail for all things wedding related. A wedding is one of the most memorable days for any couple. Michelle, is arguably one of the bestVancouver wedding coordinator that made our wedding a worry free and unforgettable one. Months before the big day, I met her via a decor company, very quickly I noticed she is very meticulous with details, organized, super easy to talk to. I didn’t think I would need a coordinator as I knew what I wanted and already completed 70% of the wedding. Little did I know about wedding coordinating, I did not question or second interview anyone else, but hire Michelle. She is like more than I can ever imagined, she is magical! She helped me so much and exceeded our expectation as a coordinator. Her hard work and dedication to professionism are second to none. Alongside to Michelle, her partner Jenny who was also phenomenal with helping us during the door games and ceremony, they both are so funny! Michelle ensures that every detail is realized, as planned. Directing the pace of the reception, signaling the secret performance and our first dance were just the beginnings. I remember the moments I was in tears when Michelle brought me water during photo time, checked up on me in changing room, helped me with long dress when I went up for food, were priceless and came from her kindest ❤️ heart. She completed my days and I am so thankful for her. Her role did not ended there, months before the wedding date she followed up with me to ensure all tasks were checked off, and on the wedding day, she and Jenny did not leave until wedding gifts are loaded onto the assigned vehicle, and made sure we were all content. Husband and I are so grateful to meet such a kind person in our life. We cannot say more good things about her, if you ever in doubt if you need a Michelle in your life, I would say – you can’t go wrong with this Michelle!

Michelle is amazing at what she does! I can not fault her in any way. She was the best decision we made and worth every penny.Michelle and her team gave us a seamless wedding experience. She hit every note, even specifics such as starting the ceremony, reception, speeches to the minuet.Her team was equally great, very professional and always there to help.Initially we were going to use her day of services, but in hindsight, thank god we got the full package. There was sooo much work that we did not anticipate. There were issues that arose with other vendors that if Michelle was not there would have ruined our wedding day.I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who wants a worry free event.Thank you Michelle!! you are epic!

Michelle was such an amazing wedding planner! We couldn't have asked for a better one. She was incredibly professional, friendly, organized, and patient! She came up with the most detailed timeline ever and was always responsive with our last minute changes and made sure they were taken care of. She was very resourceful and had great connections with different vendors which eases up the whole planning process. We love how she created a detailed monthly to-do list for us so we don't miss out on anything important along the way (especially those with a deadline). She accompanied us to all our vendor appointments and helped lead the conversation to help us decide on our vendors and to let vendors know what we wanted. On our wedding day, she and her team were super professional and attentive from the start to the very last minute. Michelle made sure we finish everything within our timeline and were quick to deal with any small hiccups we faced. She always checked in on us throughout the day and even stayed until the end to help us pack up everything we should be taking back home. Without a doubt, we believed in Michelle for her professionalism and expertise on planning our wedding! WE ARE SO THANKFUL that we had Michelle as our planner and day of coordinator and the whole Eternity Moments team worked amazingly!

Without Michelle and her team, my wedding would have never in a million years went as smoothly and as perfectly as it did. I hired Michelle as my day-of wedding planner for my wedding in June 2020.From the beginning, she was incredibly organized, easy to talk to, and went above and beyond her role as a day-of planner by recommending and getting me in touch with vendors, creating a very thorough wedding schedule, and making sure my to-do list was on track.Because of Covid-19 and gathering restrictions, I ended up having to postpone my wedding three times and we were finally able to celebrate this past May in 2022. Hiring Michelle as our wedding day coordinator was one of the best decisions made for our special day! As my husband and I work full time and demanding jobs in Seattle WA, but were planning a wedding in Vancouver BC where we grew up, Michelle was so helpful at keeping us on track in the months and days leading up to our wedding, with helpful spreadsheets and frequent follow ups. She prepped and coordinated with all the vendors for the day of, and ensured we had a smooth schedule and worry free day so we could really just enjoy the moment on our big day!
