Staff was very professional and friendly. Came here for the first time to do a clean-up and a regular check, which I have not had for a while. I have only good things to say.

Scheduled for a 2pm consultation. They have a sign that clearly states that if your late, cancel or no show you pay them 100/hr. I was early and waited over a half an hour to see an orthodontist. Do I get compensated for them being late to see me? I did, and they provided me with these random kids toys. Thank you for the amazing service I had today.

More like a spa than a dental visitI’m one of those people who has a big fear of dental visits. I avoided dental appointments and even got upset when I saw toothpaste commercials. (Ok, I cried)Enter Dr D and the fantastic staff at Metroplex. Dr D helped my anxiety by building trust, showing me how nitrous can make it easier and being exceptionally detailed and professional.I feel confident that even if I arrive feeling anxious, I’ll soon be relaxed and everything will be taken care of. On my most recent visit we had a lot of work.. Except that I just relaxed and they took care of it all while I listened to my music. It was great!I wish that everyone could feel this comfortable during their dental visits. If you’re nervous, haven’t been to the dentist because of fear or just need a great dental team, I highly recommend the Metroplex team!

I really enjoy metroplex dental, the dentists are very gentle and through. My father would have preferred his dentist for my mom, he had an appointment for Tuesday morning but my brother was adamant about my mom getting an appointment right away because my moms tooth is infected. I asked my dad his dentists contact info but he didn’t remember, he has the info at home. I explained to my dad that I had to help my mom with the X-ray and the dentists are great. My dads surprised at how much antibiotics my mom has to take

Dentist Hygienist Susan Hyg is HIGHLY recommended. With my teeth being very sensitive, she listens and uses the great tool and product to make the cleaning go painless. Now I'm loving to go to the dentist!! Thank you, Susan!!! You are AMAZING!!!
