Drive On

We didn't have the best of experience at Drive On. We love the car but there are a lot of little issues that we have had to deal with.Zaid fixed one major issue with the seat sensor, this part was great customer service but with the list of things provided, nothing more was looked at. We have had to pay to get the sunroof unclogged as the car was filling with condensation and now the carpet has some mold, the radio is faulty and will need to be replaced, which we have learned will cost a couple thousand dollars to replace. For the price we end up paying, we should have just gone with a new car. We get that its a rebuilt and some things are expected, but I don't think all the issues were listed in the Facebook ad. Which would have been helpful.I found some of the communication was lacking. He was great with allowing texting but he provided no updates unless specifically asked. Had our car for a few days, we were told we would have it back a specific day and that was not the case.All in all, service is fine but I wouldn't purchase another car here.

Some outstanding deals to be had at the dealership in New Westminster- depending on what you are looking for ofcourse! Wonderful purchasing experience. Zaid was very helpful and attentive throughout the process. He even sent the key in an Uber to my location as it was left in the office after I bought the car. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a car here again!

I found Drive On through Facebook Marketplace when we were looking for a used car for my younger brother and I’m glad I did. We bought a 2011 Acura RDX here and my family and I were helped by Zaid. The service is great and I really appreciated the transparency as the car was rebuilt which can always be a little scary. I was shown the post-accident pictures of the damage (which was super minimal and only cosmetic) and the CARFAX history as well as the inspection report on the car after it was repaired. Drive On made buying a used car easy and really gave me a piece of mind during the entire process - from first seeing the car, to test driving it, to finally buying it and including a 6 month warranty (which we extended to two years at a good price). The customer service was excellent and we were driving our new car home the next day to surprise my little brother. Above all, the car was at a great price point at market value so I appreciated that they weren’t gouging their prices like other dealerships we went to were doing.Thanks Zaid and Drive On!

If you are like me, you are suspect of online reviews. Especially when it come to an industry that is already tough to trust like used car sales... with that being said I believe my name will be attached to this review and if anyone wants to contact me to discus my experience with Drive On in New West Minster I would happily chat with you. From my first contact until purchase this experience went well. I found a vehicle I was interested in on FB marketplace, I emailed the seller and it was Drive On. Even on a Sunday I got a reply quickly. Monday I viewed the car but I was unable to drive it as the driver seat was out of it because it had some damage that Drive On was getting repaired. My wife and I decided we wanted to test drive the car so we returned the next day after the seat had been repaired and installed. After the drive we decided to buy the car. We live 1 hour away from the car lot and my wife still has no license so how to get the car home? The two gentleman at Drive On told me they would deliver the car to our house the next day. Sure enough the next day they arrived at our house with the car and a full tank of fuel. That story should speak for itself.I almost forgot, we had been looking a long time for the right car, lots of used cars on FB etc. When you buy private and drive away that car and all its problems are yours. Buying from a used car dealer we got 6 months warranty, you dont get that in a private deal. The car had been detailed, serviced and checked mechanically.5 star experience from start to finish! good communication and pleasant to deal with. No pressure sales and very helpful. I recently purchased a new car and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The process of buying the car was smooth and efficient. It is stylish, comfortable, and has all of the latest technology and safety features. I also appreciate the excellent fuel efficiency and performance. I was very skeptical of buying used (rebuilt) cars for the first time but Zaid made the process very easy and was very honest about the damage and even showed me pictures of the accident. He also fixed the car under the warranty right away. Overall the process was very smooth and I recommend him and his dealership if you want to purchase used vehicles.

If you plan on buying a used car, Zaid and the employees at Drive On made it a great experience and I definitely recommend! I fell in love with a 2019 Mazda3, especially after taking it for an hour test drive, but as we proceeded in the purchase process, we quickly realized there were a few bumps in the road on my end and I was obviously upset thinking I would no longer be able to get the car, but Zaid was super caring and he and his finance team helped me figure out a way to get behind the wheel!
