I’ve been around a lot of outstanding coaches in sports all my life and can say with complete honesty that coach Ryan at MVM is not only one of the best coaches I’ve worked with but, more importantly, one of the most amazing persons that I’ve had the pleasure to meet. He has tremendous knowledge in all areas of MMA and genuinely cares about all of his clients. I’ve worked with him for the last six summers in my hockey off-season and have seen exponential growth in all areas of my Mixed Martial Arts game. There is absolute top-level coaching, a phenomenal/energetic atmosphere, and a clean gym. I cannot say enough good things about the gym and Coach Ryan; if you ever have the opportunity to train there or want to learn Mixed Martial Arts recreationally or competitively, this is the place.

This an awesome and clean gym! The atmosphere is great! The coach are amazing and the people there are super welcoming! Jiu jitsu is a great sport for anyone! I tried Jiu jitsu looking for fitness and friends but I found family! I encourage everyone to try it now especially at GFTeam in camrose!

Our whole family has so much fun here! The training atmosphere is phenomenal, very impressed with the coaching. They are amazing with our kids! The coaches and students are so welcoming, encouraging and genuine! All in all awesome place, highly recommend
