Dre and his team are absolutely the best auto detailers in Waterloo region. We have been going to Dre exclusively for the last 5 years, and since our first appointment with him, we’ve never even considered anyone else. The attention to detail is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Every time I get my vehicle back, it looks and feels cleaner than the day I bought it brand new off the lot. Every little nook and cranny has been thoroughly detailed, the leather looks beautiful, my car smells amazing and my experience is always so great with Dre. You can truly tell that Dre is passionate about what he does, and beyond that, he truly cares about his customers and delivering an excellent experience from start to finish. I took my new used car here after I bought it from a smoker and they made it into an absolutely new car. It had clearly been neglected for a while but by the time it was done here you couldn't smell the smoke at all. Andre made sure I was aware of every step of the cleaning and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the results

The owner and his shop are the real deal! This is my first car - a Tesla Model Y. I had to sell an arm and a leg for it. I wanted to protect my purchase. So I was a bit skeptical when a friend referred me to Dre who was quoting me these amazing prices when everywhere I shopped was going to cost me significantly more. I took the risk and ended up going with a full PPF + ceramic coating and had my front side windows tinted. Boy did they not disappoint! Communication was clear, easy and the price was agreed upon and documented prior to the work being performed. On pick-up, I was blown away at the quality of their work despite them being the cheapest! Dre was very understanding and accommodating to my needs throughout the process and and even reached out to see if I had any issues after completing the work weeks later. They were willing to address minor issues I had with a bit of overhang in the PPF after delivery and even detailed my car again all free of charge. To say that I was blown away by this place and owner is an understatement. The beading from the ceramic coat...AMAZING! If you’re looking for great prices, awesome workmanship and quality they will standby than this place is it! I will gladly make the trek over here from Toronto just to support Dre again in the future! Thanks man!

I took my 2020 Civic Type R to Dre's Auto Detailing, a referral from a friend. I was blown away how well they cleaned my car. My car interior needed a lot of TLC, it had pet hair and other debris stuck to the carpeting which I could not get out on my own. I got the interior detail and exterior maintenance hand wash package + pet hair removal + engine bay cleaning. Andre and his team did an amazing job and they really paid attention to detail, they use really good products and taking great care of my car. I love the level of professionalism and you can tell Andre loves what he does. I highly recommend going to them you won't be disappointed. They are the best detailer in town compared to others I've gone to.

UHM YES! My girlfriend recommended Dres Detailing and let me just say I am over the moon happy with how my car turned out! I went in there just hoping to get my seats shampoo’d and wow much more was done that I didn’t know was actually needed! Andre is very detail oriented and took extra care in making sure my car was up to HIS standards (which are very high). Please see below for some before and after pictures!! I was looking to get my car detailed and a coworker recommended Dres Auto Detailing. When I first booked I had an earlier time for my appointment, and they let me know ahead of time that they needed to move it to a later time. Which was great with me, as I have gone other places in the past and they didn’t give me the courtesy of letting me know this. Andre went above and beyond with the detail ensuring that expectations are met and more. He even drove me to the mall nearby personally so I could run some errands while I waited for my car. Through the duration of the appointment he sent me constant updates with videos and pictures of my car. He also came to pick me up from the mall when my car was done. My car looked brand new when I got it back. I could honestly eat off the floors of my car, that’s how clean it was. I will definitely be going back to him again, and recommending others. I have already consulted about getting work done on my next car when I get it.

Got a car, only few years old but its interior was in an awful shape - kids, pets, etc. Gents at Dre’s restored it to a brand new state - looks (and smells) just like it got off a factory conveyor! Apart from the quality of work, the customer service was second to none.

I really wanted to get my Jag detailed before the winter hit and called around to several places in the KW area and Andre was the only business owner who personally called me back. He informed me of my many options on how to best treat my car. He carefully listened to ALL of my car concerns including services he himself does not provide such as oil changes, under body spray, and auto body repair but made sure to put me in touch with people who would do a great job for a great price. He even booked the appointments for me!When it came to Dres services I can't praise him enough. My leather seats have never looked better and the salt stains are completely gone. This car looks brand new! He buffed my bumper from a previous accident, washed the car, replaced my tricky jag air filter (which was scary dirty). Andre knows what a car needs to look and run it's best and it shows! He's easy to communicate with and keeps you updated on your invoice and gives you suggested services along the way. When Andre suggested the Glassceramic Coating service for my windshield I had no idea how much I'd really love it! It's a winter game changer and I barely need to use my wipers at all! This guy even helped replace the battery on my automatic key starter!Dres Auto Detailing Inc. made me realize I was never getting a thorough detailing from the many other places I've been.
