Nancy is amazing, we saw her because we had an anxious, stressed out and reactive dog. He is a different boy now, much happier and probably the most well trained dog we've ever had.

We (an older arthritic couple) got another German shepherd puppy. We had forgotten what a puppy was like. Nancy was amazing. After several sessions I was no longer afraid to walk her on a lease. Nancy is very encouraging to owners, gentle to the dogs and very knowledgeable.

When I had first approached Nancy-Lynn I had just gotten my first puppy and was beyond stressed at the constant biting, inability to go in her crate and numerous other behaviors that I now realize are just puppy behaviors. Nancy-Lynn was incredibly patient with us and is an amazing trainer.Over the span of several weeks Nancy-Lynn would ask us how the previous week had gone and would give us homework to work on and as each week went by our puppy became the best dog.With the purchase of puppy classes which we did we also got 6 months of free pack walks which was HUGE. It was an amazing value. We were the ones with the puppy that started by biting her leash and trying to escape her collar and by the end of them our dog was walking loosely on leash by us.I highly recommend Nancy-Lynn as your future trainer.

Nancy is amazing. My very anxious and nervous dog became friends with her within minutes, she gave me all the tools that I need to continuously work in the issues we had/have and was very helpful with any questions I had regarding his behavior and also provided me with advice outside of training hours.I recommend anyone who is looking for a good trainer to go see Nancy.

We went to Nancy-Lynn because we needed some help with our very excited, very high energy and very unruly golden doodle puppy.She was patient and assertive with him. She analyzed his behavior and had him figured out at the first appointment. He started to improve from that very first appointment.We were so impressed by her patience, experience and skill with training dogs. She provided a lot of examples from her previous experience that we could apply to our pup.One of the biggest bonuses of signing up with her are the pack walks. We try to attend them as regularly as we can. It’s such a fantastic way for dogs to get some training and exposure, all while practicing discipline and restraint. We always return from these with a very tired and well behaved dog.She’s an absolute sweetheart and an expert in dog behavior. I highly recommend Nancy-Lynn and would definitely go back again.

Very professional trainer who truly understand the psychology of dogs and their relation with humans. I only have one regret, it is to not have used Awesome K9 services earlier, it would have saved me lots of worries.

I took my dog (Sophie) to Nancy-Lynn because she had issues with resource guarding and separation anxiety, as well as needed some basic obedience training. Since our training, Sophie's behaviours and skills have improved greatly. Nancy-Lynn is great, she takes the time to listen to your concerns, as well as the time to get to know your pet and their behaviours. She took the time to explain everything to me as she worked with Sophie and provided me with the skills I need to help Sophie become confident, obedient, and a happy dog! I would recommend her to anyone looking to do training with their dog. Also, her pack walks that are offered with the training packages are amazing - a great place to practice what you learned and help your dog work on their training!

We signed up for one on one puppy training and we so happy we did! Geoff was a great trainer with vast knowledge and great tips. Our boxer puppy was very bitey, crazy on walks, and generally very difficult for me to handle. I’m happy to report I now have no issues taking our dog out on my own - we go everywhere together! We have great walks and I feel much more comfortable and confident. We’ve also enjoyed being on the pack walks with Nancy Lynn. They are a great to get your dog comfy around other dogs. We did a consultation with Nancy, specifically looking to train our dog to be less dominant and aggressive around other dogs. She gave us great advice during the consultation and then after understanding our specific case, recommended us to another trainer to us who has access to many dogs we could practice with to meet our specific training goals. I have no doubt we could have made great progress with Nancy, but that is a mark of an excellent trainer who truly cares about dogs and meeting a client's goals in that she would recommend us to go to someone else. Nancy truly cares about making your dog the best they can be!
