The 101 Business Centre
If you are looking for government help this is a good place to start.Though many stores have moved out,Government Offices have moved in.This will make things more streamlined for most people.They have more business openings.There is also a Royal Bank on the premises. The parking is monitored and yes you have to pay.

The 101 Business Centre
Although not the place it used to be, it still has hope if more stores can get back in ! The parking is a fair price, although fills quick especially with employees and deliveries. The doctor's office is in a nice convenient location for people such as my mother who can't walk very far. Hopefully it can become what it once was and we can see the 101 mall being the place to be for shopping and eating!! (I miss the old Chinese restaurant in the basement lol)

Nice and clean each time I visit. Could use some work down the back hall by the washroom where the columns are damaged
