Rude customer service. I was about to buy 5 games when a customer came in to get some type of limited edition thing for his kids. He asked for 2 and they said one per customer so I offered to the guy to get a second and give him my second... When some guy behind the cash said Nope! At that point I'll literally say no" So I put my stack of games down and left. 109% won't be returning. It's none of his business what I do with my one per customer freebie. So unprofessional."

Always great service at this shop...Alec amd Kerri were super helpful, we got a PS5 and misc. games, and they took the time to make sure everything was perfectly setup...great store!

Nice selection of games and merchandise. I bought a refurbished Switch here along with Trials of Mana and they both came at a reasonable price. Will definitely return to purchase another game or merch.

We had a great experience today. I wish I had gotten the employees name. I sent my son ahead of me so he could ask for a game that was aside for him. The gentleman was very kind towards my son and answered his questions
