hi there I spoke with the representative known as ms Linda Paul. I want to say that I have never experienced such great and caring customer service before in my life. Linda helped me when I was honestly in the worst situation of my life, her guidance and advise lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. The next day I woke up with such a sense of relief and gratitude. Linda went above and beyond and really took the time to listen in, she is an asset to the workplace and I honestly am grateful that I spoke with her over the phone.
