Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centre

By far the best lab in Toronto. This is my second time here and it is super organized, very quick & efficient and the staff are very friendly. All the other labs should come here for training. As someone who typically faints, they allow you to lay down and also let you rest after. Today the women was so fast I didn’t even realize she did it. Thank you so much!

Janet was professional, friendly and skillful! I didn't even feel the poke.The clinic is usually very busy in the morning. If you wanna be just in and out , it's best to go in afternoon. I went around 3 and there was only one or two ppl waiting

Dyna Care, 960 Lawrence Ave is one of the best locations I've been to. The staff has been there long term, this location won many awards for best performance, the staff are helpful, patient and courteous. There is a monitor that tells you how long your wait is which i find useful. Everything has tobe orderly so they tried to do their best when it comes to waiting although they are efficient. There is free parking and wheelchair accessible.

Staff was very friendly especially Lila, at 960 Lawrence Ave West location. She was very caring and experienced and took a holistic approach towards finding my nerves as have very thin veins. At other instances, other staff always had a challenge in finding my veins but she was very professional and accurate to the point and didn't waste any time in ascertaining the right vein node to extract blood. She was very gentle and pleasing.

Always busy, arrive early if you need a quick turn around.Staff is nice, place is clean and accessible.I was not able to get anybody answering the phone to clarify if I needed preparation for my exam. Luckily I didn’t, so my walk-in worked out. Arrived at 7:45 to be in line, left at 8:30.

The Indian/Tamil lady who did my bloodwork called my name while I was standing outside in the hallway and by the time I stepped inside the clinic she was long gone in her room. I had to ask the receptionist where I needed to go, which was the first indication that she was not competent in doing her job. By the time I reached her room she did not acknowledge me and started ordering me on what to do. This was the second thing that went wrong. The final straw was when she drew blood from my vein she punctured my veins in 3 different areas on the same arm and I now have a swollen arm and a scrape on the area. . Veins are incredibly sensitive and if she was not competent in doing her job she should not be here. I cannot move my dominant arm now which I need to use for everyday things. Please re-train some of your staff!

Courteous staff, timely, organized, neat & very clean space. This is one of the best labs I have visited. Keep it up guys, you all are wonderfully nice people

I went there today for a b12- Iron test...I made a request online the night before. And they send me a map with all waiting times that's very useful. When arrive the staff was quickly, and register was fast. I don't have OHIP, and they didn't accept cash, and just told me prices 1 minute before the test.The nurse was really friendly, wasn't painful to the beginning, but for the 3rd (and last) tube start to pain...I didn't have any issues after the test...And the picture is for my arm at the end of the day.

Great friendly staff and service. The washroom needs help, it's clean, But the toilet's wax seal needs replacing, the smell is putrid.

I wasn’t expecting this lady to be nice and friendly because I have a bad experience with one. Turns out I’m wrong. She’s very knowledgeable and friendly, she easily found the spot to drew my blood. No bruises and just one poke. Didn’t feel like fainting unlike my previous blood works. I am very satisfied.
