I was at first looking at shops with a lot of reviews and when no one had room for me for about a month I started calling everyone and Carstar took me in within a week and did a beautiful job. feedback - As a neighboring business I called to get a quote. I was pleased to hear, come on over but then denied considering it was a rental car and potentially not going to be done at the facility. Truthfully it appears I will be paying for this and then reimbursed. I have a fleet of 16 vehicles that on occasion need body work given my guys are always bumping into stuff (typical of service vehicles). Given the rudeness of Dean and this situation, I will not consider your facility. Sometimes it's best to honor the commitment made on the phone rather than the short sidedness. Completely disappointed and a waste of my time. I will be sure to share my experience. Pls ensure this note goes to ownership.

Great experience. They were able to get me in quickly and the issue was resolved within 24hrs with a rental car to be used while my vehicle was being fixed. Definitely recommend and the service was great from beginning to end.
