The best groomer out there! My dog used to be so scared to go to the groomer, but ever since we found Kleinburgspaws she’s been super comfortable. Sophia is so good with her, she’s also the only groomer who trims her exactly the way I like. Thank you for always taking care of my little Eevee!

Sophia did a great job grooming my dog! He looked very handsome after his appointment and we were very happy with the length and style of his cut. Aside from that, my dog tends to be scared of the blow dryer, but Sophia was really patient with him and worked with him to make sure that he was comfortable. It is that kind of patience and professionalism that really made the appointment a positive experience for my dog.

Edit: everybody has a scheduled, and the fact you didn't care for your customer's time, that's the problem. Texting your customer at 10pm is unreasonable. And no reason was given until I called YOU after you canceled my appointment. You need to be respectful of customer's time. Unfortunately, you've lost a customer and I will not be referring your business.Horrible customer experience!!! I've booked an appointment at 8am today, last night around 10pm she texted me to confirm my appointment but I was already asleep. I woke up this morning and got a text from her at 7:32am saying I've canceled your appointment". I was already on my way to the appointment!!I then called and she said because I didn't confirm last night and she has a baby. I understand being a new parent is hard as I have a one year old of my own but this is not how you run a business and treat your customers."

We were told Bentley has anxiety issues and we have not had a proper grooming the past two visits to other groomers.Sophia had no issues with Bentley and she did an amazing job on him.Our Bentley is back.Thank you Sophia

I found that Sophia was very professional and quick to respond when booking an appointment. The service was exactly what our dogs needed during this crazy pandemic. We thought the dogs look and still look great once they were all done with grooming, not to mention the price is reasonably fair. We would definitely recommend Spawsonwheels and the team to anyone who needs their pets groomed!

We are big fans of Sophia and Spawsonwheels! Skittles has seen Sophia about 3-4 times now for his grooming, and we are super pleased with the service each time and will only be going to her for future grooming. I am glad she does house-calls so Skittles is able to remain comfortable in his own environment and space. Sophia has groomed Skittles at my house while my mom was present the past couple of times, but this time we traveled to Woodbridge so this was my first experience with having Sophia and her team groom Skittles.Skittles is a 14 year old senior dog in stage 4 congestive heart and kidney failure, and requires some accommodations due to his condition - Sophia took the time to listen and understand my concerns as a worried pet owner, despite having worked on him before with my mom (i.e. recently how grooming can be physically aggravating and anxiety-inducing for him, and he may need many breaks because of his condition/symptoms to re-cooperate and rest during shaving; bathing; blow-drying etc.) and ensured she was working at a pace and gentleness that accommodated Skittles, even if it took longer to groom him. I was with Skittles for half of his grooming, and during that time I noticed Sophia handling and watching him very carefully, and stopping what she was doing to give Skittles a break when he needed it and taking the time to reassure me. She even recognized when his panting (due to his heart condition) was exacerbated, and stopped shaving him to open a window so he would be able to get fresh air, go outside to relieve himself (which helps his symptoms due to fluid build-up), and rest momentarily before resuming his grooming.It is little things like this that help put my concerns at ease, and I felt comfortable enough to leave Skittles in Sophia's care for the rest of his grooming which I hadn't planned on doing initially due to his condition worsening over the past couple months - she even provided updates via text after I left to let me know how he was doing which I appreciated, and I noticed she spoke to Skittles kindly during his grooming, affirming his good behaviour throughout in order to ease his anxiety. Her grooming job was impeccable as well - I was very pleased with the quality of grooming/cleaning we received (Skittles received a full-body cut and bath, with toenail trimmings included which was excellent for the affordable price we paid), and she cut and and styled him in a way that was flattering to his body/shape in his old-age.I would recommend seeing Sophia for your dog's grooming, especially if your dog requires extra special care or accommodations due to illness or old age - I'm not sure if Sophia deals with a lot of older dogs, but I believe that she has the intrinsic qualities necessary to provide this special kind of care for animals that need it. She is kind, patient, accommodating, trustworthy, and a pleasure to be around. Most groomers are more concerned about the job than the dog's wellbeing, and it is evident Sophia prioritizes the comfort and well-being of your pet more than getting paid - this speaks a lot to the quality of care and service she provides.Thank you Sophia!- Rachel & Skittles Persaud

Sirius has adjusted well after a few visits. He would be so stressed at other places. Both Leanne and Sophia are so caring to him. He has become part of her family and comes out looking great and she takes pride in what she does.No long waits as each visit is one on one which gives him her full attention for the time he is there. Thank you for taking care of him.

Sophia is very professional and we are always super happy with how our mini golden doodle looks after she works her magic on him. Great grooming skills!! Always happy to see her. We highly recommended her!! Thanks for everything Sophia! 10/10

Sophia has been grooming my two schnauzers for many months now and I cannot be more satisfied. She is a fantastic groomer.
