I needed urgent tire replacement for my Honda civic after ending up in a ditch the night before. I called several places but none could provide me either with the right quote (mostly overpriced) or can get me tires the same day. I finally end up calling National Tire after reading some great reviews & I am so glad I did. I got 4 Bridgestone all weather tires for the lowest price in the market and installed the same day. What else can you ask for. Great customer service and I tell you what, it’s been 2 weeks since I had my tires replaced and the car is running like a dream :). I finally found a honest place to have my car fixed. I HIGHLY recommend this place.PS: if you are lucky you will also get to play with a puppy while you wait. Love it <3

This is a real mechanic shop... not just tires but much more. I've dealt with national and they are the first shop to make me feel like a customer not just a paycheck. They know what customer service is and thats hard to come by. Fair, reasonable, personable, and caring.... all words I could use to describe the service you get when your car is brought in. Mustafa and his team are the real deal. Thanks National for staying late and making auto repairs less painful.

Top Service! Friendly and very professional. They recommended Nokian winter tires, this was my first time hearing about this brand, it literally saved my life, during a winter storm i had to make an emergency stop, without these tires it would have been impossible.Would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent professional services! I drove on a nasty nail and immediately my tire went flat. For safety reasons I had to drive a bit more on that flat tire until being able to park. I was concerned if the tire became damaged in its internal structure. National Tire services inspected my tire and fixed it. Fast and honest work! I recommend their services!

My experience at National Tire is without a doubt one of the best I have ever had at an automotive shop.From the time I walked in I was warmly greeted and the staff took the time to give me available tire options and prices for my car and helped me to make a buying decision. I was given a shuttle back to my office and called to pick up the car within the time period they told me it would take.They even reminded me to come back once I had driven 100K to get my wheels torqued.An all around amazing experience and definitely 5 star. Tire balancing and Alignment done - Mus and his crew did an amazing job one these services for my older Toyota truck. Professional, honest and to the point service. They were able to do the alignment even though another very reputable Alignment shop in Etobicoke said they couldn't.
