MONIKA the branch manager is the most unprofessional and unorganized person I have ever met in my experience with banks!!! She is never in the branch !! Always works from home and good luck with finding her !!! All other staff do not know what they are doing and you will be misled by their false information !!! Honsestly, I dont know how Meridian let these people to run a branch !!! AVOID THIS BRANCH !!

online application needs to give more clearer instruction, adding words like this: after completion the online application, please wait for the e-mail confirmation and THEN go to closest branch to present the IDs... . I wasted my time to present the IDs today but the staff in the branch could't find my application :("

Terrible customer experience. The online application is stuck in a black hole and the physical locations have no idea how to connect with their own company. They took copies of my information but never took any steps on this. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Your loss!

I have been to the branch twice in the last week to see the Manager He is never in the branch . I left messages with the staff for him to call back . But Jordon never bothered to call back .This is regarding an existing mortgage on 913 Lake Dr N Kedwick. . I want to take over this mortgage and I am willing to pay remaining 2Two and half year mortgage payment in advance but he is not willing to cooperate. When I called the head office they said it shouldn’t be a problem .Jordon is charging $11500.00 penalty for no reason .The branch is not willing to listen at all .
