SDG Chartered Professional Accountant

Tried SDG out twice, first with a paid consultation, and then to setup a corporation, and both experiences didn't make me feel confident in the services I was receiving.Would be better for SDG to charge after based on time spent. Not knowing how long, nor involved the answers to my questions would be, and if I would have additional questions during my consultation, I paid for 1hr ($250) so I wouldn't run out of time. The meeting was done in 20-30min. Had I known, I could have booked a 30min consultation for $150....For my corporation, I paid them around $1000 to complete the paperwork and file.They got my name and address wrong, which I asked them to correct free of charge. They invoiced me, then accused me of not paying & said they would report me to a collection agency, & ruin my credit...two weeks BEFORE the invoice due date...SDG corrected it in the end....after some back and forth, and miscommunication within their office.Their attention to detail, communication, and costumer service needs serious improvement.I moved on with a different accountant, that another SDG reviewer recommended. It's been amazing with Your Modern Accountant so far with my year end taxes, and I feel confident in their services and rates. I'm getting WAY more value and peace of mind now.
