Rhonda has been our insurance broker for the last 12 years. We live in Edmonton now but stay with Alpine because of Rhonda. Through the years we've had accidents, house purchases and other changes needing insurance adjustments and Rhonda never let's us down.

I was referred to Trish Harvey with Alpine by my significant other who has been using them for 12 + years now. This will now be the second time i've called to have changes made to my policy and dealt with Trish. I honestly can't say enough, she is so helpful and so kind and takes amazing care of her clients. If you are looking for a no nonsense to the point broker she is your gal! I'm so grateful for the help she has extended to me and will continue to use her and refer more business to her. Just amazing.

I've been using Alpine Insurance for 9 years now and Erin has been my broker for 6 years. There has never been better service and attention to detail than what Erin and Alpine has provided for me. I never worry about a thing. Erin calls me personally to discuss any changes or challenges and she is like magic with getting me what I need, even when I've asked for quite alot! I will never go to another insurance company! Thank you Erin and Alpine. I'd give you 6 stars if they had one!

I was dealing with Kevin about insuring my vehicle. Initially they were very helpful in breaking down quotes and giving me the information I needed. Kevin quoted me $2780 for insurance on my truck. I called back later to give him more information about the vehicle, including vin number and personal info relating to driving history and the premium now increased to $3686/year. I completely understand this. Different models of vehicle can greatly affect premiums. However, when finalizing my insurance plan with Kevin, he now tells me the premium is now $3841. He quoted he initially on May 29. Today is June 21. So not even 30 days after the quote was issued. I called back to see what happened with my premium and he said I don't know. I just punched it in and it's now different". He didnt even try and bring it down to what I was quoted. Absolutely rediculous. I'll be going somewhere else."
