Love the food, always hot and fresh. They also deliver via skip the dishes" which is handy. The service at this location is quick and friendly. I really like the ginger beef rice bowl and jungle lemongrass with chicken. I usually ordered the regular size

The absolute worst location. I have allergies and Wokbox is one of the very few takeout places I can eat at, so I order and pick up Wokbox frequently. This is the only location I've been to in the city that is blatantly unaccomodating, and the staff are always incredibly rude to the point of being almost comically insufferable. Not to mention any time that I have ordered from here, the food is way worse quality than any other location- dry, burnt, undercooked, missing ingredients, skimpy, seemingly old/stale, etc. I've both been in for pickup a handful of times and have ordered from Skip/Uber a few times as well- not once have I had a positive or even mediocre experience. If I had not had Wokbox from anywhere else before, I'd have no desire to go back period. Other locations blow this place out of the water. I now pay extra/drive further to pick up or have it delivered from either Ellerslie or Grange (both are awesome) and avoid this one like the plague. I do not recommend Windemere Wokbox whatsoever and have given this location more than enough tries to get it right- it just fails on every cylinder.

I’ve visited this location a few times and every time wonder why I return (proximity is the answer to this). Ive given so many chances to this location because I work nearby, and today I laughed when I opened my meal. I received literally 4 tiny 1/2 inch rock hard pieces of chicken (which you pay extra for) in my meal and every time I order it’s swimming in way too much sauce. My colleague’s fried rice was just dripping in sauce and looked awful. They never have more than one employee and I’ve regularly waited for more than 15 minutes without complaint (as not the employees fault) and the food is never very good. For a 10 dollar half order I would expect more than a crumb of protein. Avoid this location.

I’ve ordered here before and have been disappointed by the lack of veggies and meat in my stir fry so I’m not sure why I tried it again.This time the box is filled almost all the way to the top with JUST rice only 1/4 of it has a few pieces of beef and lots of over cooked broccoli. For $13 this is ridiculous. The rice is soaked in water and mushy. It’s inedible. I will never come back here again.

I ordered what I usually get (crispy chicken on rice) this is my first time at this location & I won’t be going back. the chicken wasn’t crispy just gooey & the rice was over cooked & soggy. the person I was dinning with also got her regular, chow mein noodles with chicken and there was waaaay to much sauce. the customer service wasn’t the best either. the one in meadows & jasper ave are the best in the city.

I went to this Wok Box location like five minutes ago I ordered the regular Dan Dan box and I requested the employee that I don’t want veggies in it can I get extra one scoop of sauce in it. He was like I’ll charge you extra for the sauce so he just wanted to create a huge order, but was not able to give a good customer service. I got the order and from the box I got a steel wire thing what they use to clean the wok. I went to him on the counter and showed him he was like, do you want me to make another one? No apology nothing at all the worst experience I’ve ever had in Wok Box I would never come back here. The location in red deer, elerslie Road and Jasper Avenue are Best.

I went to pick it up and used the washroom.. very dirty. I instantly had a bad feeling, like the rest of the restaurant wasn’t clean. I paid for the won ton soup and it wasn’t very good at all. The bean sprouts were old and brown, the broth was grey in colour, the won tons looks freezer burnt? I got a few bites in and threw it out. It’s too bad because I’ve heard good things about other locations.

My husband and I love Wok box, for several months I have ordered this one and the meals are not good. Did not put all the ingredients inside or when you paid extra did not give it to you. his situations happen with each order. their portion is now too small. The ingredients are missing. In addition they refuse to reimburse you. if you order this wok box I advise you to take another wok box you will see the difference.In the photo I was to receive a fully loaded fries. it contains: fries, chicken, bacon, cheese, green onion, all I received is the chicken ..... it happened several times and they refused to reimburse me .

Literally the worst Wok Box I've ever been to. The guy taking the order mumbles so you can hardly hear him and then gets annoyed when you say pardon, only to not repeat himself. Opened my butter chicken to find mushy rice and barely enough sauce to even cover half the rice. Chicken is very, very similar to that precooked chicken breast you get at the grocery store. Rubbery, wet and tasteless. The only reason the green onion cakes are ok is because you're dipping them in a premaid sauce. Not worth the money at all.
