Omg, in a lineup up for almost an hour to order a tea and a muffin before a flight. Good thing I was way early for my flight otherwise I would have had to leave. 4-5 staff milling around behind the counter, refilling soup bowls and cups, while 1 (one) person served for most of the hour I was there. They were not organized enough to have someone fill the orders as they were coming in; the person TAKING the order was filling them, while the three or four other staff members were seemingly standing around wondering what to do. Worst experience at Tim's EVER for me, and from what I heard in the lineup, I was not the only one. This Tim's is owned by the Pork and Pickle restaurant just down the hall - I really expected better. Crazy.

Always the perfect place to purchase a great (cheap) cup of coffee and a donut or delicious sandwich. Consistent quality at all locations which is what I like.

Horrible customer service by Karina, I kindly told her I didn’t need my receipt after which I was given attitude because they use order numbers. More attitude after confirming she got my order correct.

Advised cashier that the price charged for an item was more than the advertised price on the board. She said it’s the tax, after I advised that was not the case (before tax price was different) she still would do nothing and I suggested she tell the management as it’s not fair to over charge customers. No care or regard given. Watch your bills closely for overcharging. (Location inside of domestic security)

Two people working with 30 people in line. Been standing in line more than 45 mins and it's not moving. The owner should hire more people. The twos who are working, good job to you.

I gave this place a fair chance and will never come back. At any given time, there is only 2 choices of timbits to choose from. I asked an employee about this, and she said her manager told her not to cook too much in case it does not sell before closing. Today was the last straw. Waited 30 mins to be served, and there were only 2 people ahead of me in line. Employees (2) were so grumpy and disengaged, it was horrifying. Again, 2 choices of timbits, 3 choices of donuts. This is a donut franchise known for Timbits!!! I will not be back to this location.

This place is always horrible. Slow service, and often gives the customer so much attitude. I understand you don't want to be here, but we can atleast be civil with eachother.All I asked was if there were milk and/or eggs in their bagels, and the lady behind the counter rolled her eyes and told me that nobody knows what's in the food here. Very helpful..Avoid this place.

The worst TIm Hortons in terms of service, we waited 15 min to get served (Only 1 person before us in the lineup) and we end up having bagels cold and not grilled. They forgot an item. Half of the usual menu is not available.
