Always a great place to go to. They have a bar side and a dining side. Each side has a different atmosphere. To have a calm enjoyable dinner with family and friends, I recommend the dining. But going to enjoy watching the games, have some drinks, definitely recommend the bar side. The food was always great went we went. They offer 1/2 price appetizers after 9 and it's always the best time!

Meh. Have been here with softball team several times over the years and find it hit or miss. Service last night was very rough, everything (even our drink order) was excruciatingly slow, and the food had clearly been sitting in the kitchen for quite awhile as it arrived lukewarm.Patio is nice, however, and it’s a great place to watch sports.

Was seated at 4:39 pm today, (May 6th) bar side, maybe 12 people in a bar area that probably seats 50 or so. Left at 5:01 after not one person came to take any order, of any kind. 20 minutes sitting at our booth with not one employee coming over. Manager sitting at the bar chatting with a patron, two bartenders chatting behind the bar with the manager and this patron. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had, and ever witnessed. This business needs to understand the importance of a great customer experience. This is truly an ownership issue at this point as it certainly seems the management are not concerned. We had six others meeting us there and called them to change locations. We are now at one of your competitors.Look forward to hearing back

My nachos were awful this time. It had probably half to a full cup of wet/soggy tomatoes dumped on top. That leaked through drenching the chips and made it all soggy and gross. I asked for my dessert to go, the Tiramuissu and it was just a plop mess in the container. 4 bites. So small and again, just sloppy. For $8!!!! What a rip off! Very disappointed with this visit, as service and food have always been much, much better! I expected better!

Purchased the Avocado Cashew Salad for pickup (one of my favourites) and the avocado is hard like a brick. Any cook should know when they cut into an avocado that isn’t ripe. Second time this has happened from this location and the manager was rude when I called to provide feedback. I’ll happily drive to the downtown location moving forward where the service is much better. It takes A LOT to get a 1 star from me.

Just enjoyed some half price apps the service was very fast, the only thing I would change is the temperature of the food when it arrived to the table the crabby combo was cold unfortunately. However we still ate it but definitely would have tasted better hot.Hopefully next time the food will be hotter when it arrives to table.Over all great food great service normally never disappoints just an off day for the kitchen maybe it happens still going back !

The only thing worse than bad food, is completely apathetic service. Tried this location again for some reason thinking my previous bad experience may have been a one off. The food was terrible (all of it was cold, rotten, or cooked improperly and did not match the description). When we rather politely pointed out the worst of the problems with the entrees we were told they could make a new dish and that they would send the manager out. No apology, no discount, and we never saw a manager. Literally acted as if the issue was ours and couldn’t care less. Thoroughly disgusted. Worst experience I have had at a restaurant in many years. The “new dish” was just the old dish recycled and now tasting like last weeks left overs. I have tried other Crabby Joe locations, and they were good. This was a celebratory meal (so I do not have the receipt to follow up on) they ruined it. I will never be back.

I asked for peny rustica bowl, after 15 minutes I got cold bowl and doesn't has sun dried tomatoes.I called the wetres she said she will replace it, and she came with mushy microwaved same bowl after 10 minutes.

Great, quick service. Our server was attentive and helpful. Came in after derby practice, unannounced with a group of 10 and were able to sit together despite the restaurant being fairly busy on a Tuesday night. Great food and my Caesar was delicious. We will be back for sure.
