Persaud M P Dr

Extremely nice. They put my son at ease right away. All the staff were very efficient and kind. The best kind of Drs office. They struck the right chord between professional, quick, and funny. I wish all Drs could be like this.

Dr Persaud is an older gentleman, but knows what he's doing. He's very nice and cordial, and his staff are very kind as well. He is from the older generation which doesn't share quite as much information as some newer doctors might, and is a bit short on a nicety or two, but you can tell he cares about you and he treats you very well. A very good allergy specialist, I would recommend him to all.

Just the nicest doctor. We brought our kids in and he could tell one was afraid so he was cracking jokes and talking about super heroes and was very patient and kind. He genuinely cared about whether or not they had allergies, and even though he was very busy he took the time to do everything right. 5/5

Unlike other reviews, the receptionist was quite nice. We were in and out of there pretty quickly. Though the bone I must pick is with Dr Persaud. He was arrogant and short, and tried to get me on to other diets/medications that I did not go in for. I simply went in for an allergy test and left with a sore esteem and feeling like what I was doing wasn't enough for my illnesses and allergies. He was asking unrelated questions to my appointment.

My 8 month old daughter was urgently referred to Persaud by our paediatrician. Persuad was rude and arrogant and refused to test my daughter and I after driving 2 hours to see him.We then saw a naturopathic doctor in our city who helped greatly. I only wish we didn't waist our time and gas to travel to see him.

Receptionist has very poor phon etiquette. You cannot even finish your sentence before she puts you on hold.

have no idea about the Dr yet since I haven't seen him yet. But... who ever is the front desk or secretary person really needs to learn how to talk to people. 1. don't talk over people while they are speaking 2. Don't be rude when asked a question. 3. Stop talking and listen to what the person is trying to ask if they've already expressed they don't like that you keep speaking over them and interrupting them.Extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming. It sad because it's not like a restaurant or a hotel you just give low ratings and move on. This is a medical clinic. People have questions to ask because they have concerns and anxieties about their conditions. Yes I believe it's a fair question to ask why the long wait? It is not a personal jab at your inadequacy but a simple question hummm? How come? Can I get in earlier if someone canceled? How will you contact me ect...? Anyways I think who ever works the front desk needs a little training on customer service/ manners or maybe just be a nice person.

This is less about Dr. Persaud and more about the receptionist. They flat out ignored the referral, and did not inform the nurse practitioner that they aren't seeing patients. By doing this I have had to wait an extra two weeks with no answers. This is pretty pathetic treatment, and I suggest NOBODY get referred here until they learn how to properly run things. I'll be finding a Doctor with a competent receptionist.
