We most highly recommend Troy's Heating & Cooling.We hadn't had anyone come into our condo in nine months because of the pandemic, but we needed to replace our 19-year-old furnace before winter. We talked to a number of companies, and we did not feel comfortable with most of their Covid-19 protocols. Chad went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and safe. He wore an N95 mask the whole time he was here, respected social distancing, covered our carpet down to the utility room, and did not allow anyone in the work area during installation.In addition, my wife was scheduled for a couple of surgeries, and Chad made sure all of the work was completed before that time.Chad replaced our furnace, AC, and thermostat and was very knowledgable about energy-efficient products. We selected Troy's Heating and Cooling out of the phone book for a repair in 2002. Since then he's been our HVAC guy" for 2 homes that we've owned. During this time he's replaced 3 outdated a/c units and 2 damaged furnace units in addition to duct work for an addition and multiple other small jobs along the way. Chad is there when you need him and he's honest about his opinion of your needs but always gives you options. I've found his prices to be extremely reason and his work is very professional plus he always cleans up after himself to the point that you wouldn't know he was there from the surroundings. We've never thought of having anyone else take care of our HVAC needs!"

I had Chad Troy come out after my furnace stopped working last winter and he showed up right away and had the parts on hand to get the furnace up and working within minutes. THANK YOU!!! I ended up buying a new furnace from him about a month later and I couldn't be happier. He was able to install and remove my old one without me being home and walked me through the rebate program since I bought a energy efficient unit.

Chad Troy replaced the furnace and AC in my home and did an excellent job of it. He has a deep knowledge of his profession, which will be obvious if you ask him even a few questions. He stayed late on the first install day to rewire my thermostat, fixing a mistake made from the previous furnace installation 20 years ago. No extra charge, he just wanted it done right. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Similar to another reviewer we picked Troy's out of the phone book when we were looking for someone local to help with our heater. We have never looked back. Chad has always been there for us when we need him. The pricing is more than fair. The service and communication is always to notch.

I called to have an issue with my furnace checked. Turned out it could be ran, but needed to be replaced due to a faulty great exchanger. Chad was very professional and had a new furnace installed 2 days later
