Dr. Candy truly cares about your teeth. My first visit to the dentist in years and she brought my smile back to life. She really cares about the quality of her work and she takes the time to thoroughly explain everything all the while encouraging you. I walked in a little nervous and I walked out feeling so good. Thank you to Dr. Candy and her team here!

I am very happy to have Dr Candy and her team as my dentist! Her and her staff are friendly and care for your wellbeing. They treat you like family/friends. I look forward to continue being one of their patients. I’ve had fillings and cleanings done so far. Amy at the front is great as well! She’s very accommodating and was able to book me in last minute once she found an open spot.

Initially my family and I came to this dentist because it was close to our house in Port Royal, now i would come here regardless of where I live in the lower mainland. I have never experienced such a wonderful merging of professional service with such pleasant staff. If you are looking for a dentist, I can't recommend this shop any higher.

Not sure where those negative comments derive from. My family and I have gone to this dentist for the past 6 years, even though we live in Fleetwod. The staff are nothing short of professional, caring, accommodating and kind. I would recommend this dental office to anyone in a heartbeat.

I am so disappointed with the experience I had at this clinic. I needed some quick fixes on a few of my teeth as I was switching jobs. I only had a couple weeks window before I no longer had benefits at my old job and it would be months before benefits would kick in at my new job. I realize it was an unconventional request but I needed to do something. I had been trying to deal with my issues myself up until then. The dentist said there was no hope for my teeth and it would end up costing me at least another couple of thousand over my benefits. It seemed as though she knew I couldn't afford that right now and had no interest in helping me. I now don't have benefits so am out of luck with no way of getting any work done at all.It doesn't surprise me that those who make the most money have the least compassion for others. If you're not rich they don't want to deal with you. When I do get benefits in place I will not go back there.

Have had nothing but positive experiences here. The admin staff are very thorough and do a good job setting up expectations, especially concerning coverage with extended health plans. I've had my wisdom teeth extracted here and Dr. Cheung did it so effortlessly. My 10 year old has had his teeth drilled here and he claims to have not noticed he got injections in his gums. Dr. Cheung is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and knows when to defer to specialists.

Dr Candy Cheung didnt even talk to me and said front desk to precribe me wrong medicine and i got allergy/rashes on my body. I went for my tooth pain and she gave me amoxicillin. My body reacted so bad that i had to go in some walk in clinic and then in emergency to get myself checked. In Emergency doctor told me that if i had taken one more dose then i would have gone into coma next day or died. my throat swollen and i could not eat. She randomly prescribed me this medicine.

When this clinic first opened, I sent my disabled son for check up accompanied by his group home worker. For several times, my son would be checked here and one time, when I had a day off from work, I told his group home that I will take him to this dentist. Upon seeing me, the female dentist was antagonistic, asking where was his social worker" instead of recognizing me

I have been a patient of Dr. Cheung's at Queensborough Dental Centre for a good 8 years. Dr. Cheung, Paula, Kayliegh, Amy, Raquel and all of her team members (sorry I didn't list all names) are an amazing group of individuals that all come together and make my dental experience the best it can be. They are all highly professional, laser focused on your needs and genuinely care for you. I was taken aback by the 1 or 2 bad reviews. I do not believe that to be true or accurate. It is my opinion and belief that I have one of the best dentists - in the lower mainland.

This place is unbelievable, They called me in took pictures and scheduled a root canal, 20 minutes before the appointment they call me and ask me if I can pay some cash on top because disability doesn't pay very much , to which I replied, I am a single mom of three and money is very tight how much more exactly did you want ? The receptionist replied So cancel appointment right ? I was confused I said UM I Guess So . This is not how a professional Dental office work's they never call asking for extra cash or they'll cancel your appointment, If they don't like what the government pays they don't make your appointment in the first place and give you antibiotics to prepare for it. For this you get 1 star and for trying too scam the queensborough people you should get a -5star rating.
