Marco has been a huge help in reviewing our home energy costs and making a significant difference in our monthly bills. He made a lot of excellent suggestions before even coming to our home. Since his visit, my electrical bills have gone down substantially. He was recently here to look at our gas consumption. He is very cost conscious and has wonderful practical ideas. He is a pleasure to deal with.

Marco came to our house to do the Home Energy Audit that was arranged by Energy Efficiency Alberta. Arrived exactly on time as per appointment and I was most impressed with his thorough and efficient inspection. Marco realized that I am not a 'handyman' and so gave me a simple but excellent understanding of his inspection, reno that would be beneficial and which ones needed a contractor and which ones that I could manage to do myself. The best building performance and energy audit company in Calgary. As my house was super cold in winter. I requested Marco. He spent 3 hours to do building performance and energy audit in my house. He printed 40 plus page report and explained me each and every improvement suggestions. I liked his blower door test, thermal imaging technology, radon services. He is very professional and completed job on time. Highly recommended.

Marco came over to finish the wiring on the upstairs bathroom fan that we were installing. He replied within hours to my email and was over the next day and give a very good quote on the wiring. Marco completed the wiring very quickly and was very professional during the whole time. He even had time to look at and fix our mystery switch" in the kitchen. Marco is the best home inspector hands-down. He took the time to explain everything going on in my home so that I could decide which changes I want and need to make. The report I received afterwards was extremely detailed and easy to read. It's nice when you find one of those rare guys who won't gouge you in prices/extra services and genuinely wants to help you out. Marco is one of those guys. We had Marco as our inspector for our home energy assessment through WestPro inspections. We found him very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful in how we can save on heating costs with getting the most value for our dollar. We were also happy he was able to work around our daughters nap schedule with the various inspecting and tests he did to our house. Marco, who was the inspector and installer came to us himself. Not our experience with the other company we called. No middleman. He asked us to seal the furnaces before he would consider starting mitigation.After that work was completed, he tested our Radon levels and they were over 400.After sealing necessary entry points, Marco installed our Radon Mitigation system. After retesting, our levels are now 32.Marco did not try to sell us unnecessary furnace filters or mufflers.The unit is tidy and very quiet with a 5 year warranty.Marco's bill was exactly as quoted.I would highly recommend Westpro.It was a pleasure working with Marco and I thank him for his professional and friendly manner.
