Be aware! Don’t step foot in this place. They will block you and won’t return emails, phone calls etc. they will block your number or put you on hold for a long time while o drive to the store and thy were just standing around with me on hold. Plz be very careful

I ordered a commercial freezer over a month ago and did not ever receive it. I did a lot of follow up but to no avail. I finally had to request for refund when I was told today it will take them two months to get me the freezer. The worst of it all it will take 14 days to receive a refund! Am I being scammed?

If I could give a zero star rating I would. One star is too good for these people. As a reputable business owner, I have never written a bad review, or even a review as I respect small business and mistakes happen. This, is not the case.My recent purchase of a Grab and Go Cooler from OMNI (still under warranty) is not working. One would think, that it would be easy to call, explain the issue and have a service tech out. NOPE. Instead, I have been called a liar, I've been hung up on, emails with photo's ignored, left on hold when they know its me calling, saying the owner isn't in and every excuse under the sun.Stan has to be the worst of the worst. I have never in my life dealt with such extreme rudeness or bad behaviour. If you question him, he starts to yell at you then proceeds to hang up. Very professional indeed!! When I told him my health inspector has shut the unit down due to failing temperatures - his comment was she doesn't know what she is talking about so have her call me.I have had an ongoing issue since March and was promised to finally have Kris look into it. Still nothing. Exactly what I expected.Run away from this company at all costs. Even writing this review I know they won't care. They may even backlash my business as that is who they are. I'll be watching. But as no one is listening as well as treating their paying customers with disgusting attitudes here you go google!

Stay away from doing business with this company. They don't have enough information on their website and nobody knows anything. Nobody was able to answer my questions. However I needed the equipment so I purchased it to find out for myself. Took it home and opened it the next day to find out it wasn't what I need. I called them less than 24 hours after picking up the unit to return it and was informed no refunds. Absolute worst customer service I've ever had backed with the worst product knowledge made for a very poor shopping experience. Stay away for your own good. Go to Nella just down the road.

I came here because I was looking to buy a mixer and some stainless steel tables for my restaurant. The customer service was amazing and the owner was very helpful. I was also amazed by the quality of the products especially considering the prices. I have been to other food equipment suppliers before but these guys seem to have the best prices for the quality stuff you are getting. I plan to shop here in the future.

The service and staff at this place are absolutely unacceptable. I am currently dealing with a issue that has been so mishandled and miscommunicated that I will decide to either delete this or tell my story next week.The staff already called me a lier when I mentioned delivery dates there sales man told me. For a delivery already 2 weeks lasts and twice hasn’t shown up.

Prices are reasonable, the return policy is not. Overall quality is about a 7/10. Our tables had scratches and dents but didn't even bother trying to work with them on that due to the pain that we had trying to return unopened boxes of extra shelves we purchased by mistake.

UPDATE 2023/05/31: Omni have honoured all of my requests for warranty service and refunds. We've been made whole financially and have decent equipment that works as intended. This took longer than it should have, but Carlo (owner) and Kris (manager) did follow through on everything they promised.OLD INFORMATION AS OF 2023/01:I currently have at least 5 different customer service issues outstanding with Omni, some of which haven't been made right in more than a year.1) I bought a planetary mixer with a bowl lift that didn't work. I accepted it with the promise of a discount, which I still haven't received, a *year* later. The transmission arrived broken, and I can't get an answer from anyone about warranty service on this piece of equipment. This is order #4436, 2022/01 (Update: Omni paid for a local tech to fix it and refunded a reasonable discount.)2) I have had a warranty claim for a failed compressor in a display fridge ongoing for the last two months. They shipped me the wrong replacement compressor, wasting my refrigeration tech's rather expensive time, and are now dodging my calls trying to get the correct one, and also asking me to pay return shipping on the incorrect compressor before they will ship the correct one, while also still having trouble figuring out what compressor they should be shipping me, after many photos and confirmations. Order #2897, 2020/12/28, warranty process started in early November 2022 (it's now late January 2023).Update: They shipped me another compressor, this time used and broken. Waiting for a resolution. (Update: Warrantied correctly.)3) The same freezer (#2897) was a different and cheaper model than I had paid for, by several hundred dollars; I have yet to be refunded the difference. (Update: Refunded.)4) I was shipped 3x incorrect items with Order #16732, which arrived September 2022. I have been given permission to scrap the incorrect items, but have not yet received a ship notification for the defective items after almost 6 months. (Update: Shipped correct item.)5) I asked for a refund on another item from #16732 in early January 2023 after waiting months for it to arrive back in stock, and, two months later, have not seen anything back on my card, or any confirmation that a refund was actually issued. (Update: Shipped correct item.)I would love to see these issues resolved. I may be missing some information, and some of Omni's decisions may well be more defensible than they appear. However, the manager outright refuses to talk to me any more, and the strategy seems to be to stonewall, obfuscate, confuse, and bamboozle until customers give up and leave them alone. They seem genuinely confused that I won't just give up and leave them alone.ALL ISSUES HAVE NOW BEEN RESOLVED, THANKS!
