A large store with lots of selection. Prices are creeping up -- and don't seem worth it at all for George, Joe or Old Navy brands -- but 50% off helps. I noticed there were quite a bit of staff on the floor but when I went to pay for my items it was dreadfully slow. There was a line of 6 people and only two cashiers (and one left during this rush and we were left waiting for the backup cashiers to arrive).

Went in and purchased six dress shirts. Good prices but check items closely for any issues.Tons of sections to shop for items. Lots of staff able to assist.Bring your own bag as they cost .25 cents

Didn't get what we were looking for which was portable bedside lamp, but they had quite a handful of lovely lamps, decors, small home appliances, I did check out their clothing and shoes section, quite lovely stuffs they've got. Cute long boots and outing shoes for women.

I always frequent this location and is usually very pleased with the service I receive. This morning I stopped in to look for a few gym pants. After I found the ones I liked, I proceed to the front counter. I watched 3 people receive the upmost service. When I approached, I was told my tags had damage and immediately was pushed aside as I had to wait for the supervisor. The tall young man working the front counter racially profiled me and assumed I switched tags. I didn't even know that was a thing people did as I had never seen anyone do it. When the other guy (supervisor) came to the counter, he said I was good to go, less then 30 secs from getting there. Pretty sure he did not see any damages on my tags. The tall young guy that is usually at the front should be fired. Unless you see someone doing that, don't profile innocent customers.This Goodwill location needs to train their staff better. I am definitely not a thief and if it happens again, I will get the police involved.

It’s a really large store with decent selection. My only complaint would be that from time to time the staff there just don’t talk to you. Not in a mean or rude way. It can just be very transactional.

Everytime I go here, the staff are rude (had one walk into me today and didn't even apologize). Go to Walmart to buy brand new movies for $5, everything Goodwill sells is $5 or more just because it has more than 1 disc" even if the value of the set is way less. Also

It doesn't matter which color tag it is for the day; the staff has been instructed by management to remove all clothes with the corresponding color tag and place them aside. This strategy allows them to avoid selling clothes at a 50% discount and instead encourage customers to purchase slightly used items at higher prices. Goodwill Industries has emerged as a new contender against Winners and Marshall's.

So to start, yes you can get lucky at Goodwill and find a gem! Of course, no disputing that. I get they want to make money and they aren’t just going to give everything away but they are worse than a garage sale that is asking way too much for their junk. Keep in mind they do not pay any money for this product. Be prepared to also see a lot of overpriced borderline garbage/ e-waste they are trying to sell. They seem to think that because someone puts an asking price on eBay or Kijiji for an item that this indicates it’s value. Attached are photos of some of the stuff that rots on their shelves and no one buys.

This location of Goodwill is really good! Pleasantly surprisingly packed full of excellent quality clothing (light wear, loads of merchandise) to pick and choose from. Appreciate the organizing by color! Helpful and courteous staff. Change rooms available. Lots of kitchen wares. Prices are very reasonable - thrifting wonderland.
