Excellent! I called about a unique/outdated battery for a riding lawnmower. He didn't have it (which isn't surprising) but is going to find something and get back to me which I truly appreciate! Very nice guy, I highly recommend that you go and see him for anything related to small engine parts and repairs!

didn’t honour the warranty on a new snowblower that was less than 1 year old. Brought other equipment there and had to take somewhere else to get it “refixed”.

Neil was professional and knowledgeable.He was innovative with repairs to my enerator, even though it was not his brand.I will always use his services for that reason, but also because he is an excellent customer service person, who listens to you and tells it like is, in an informative and rational way to a layman like me.
