Boots and heats fest. Rikki would not allow me to drive on to grounds to pick up my daughter with a disability to load up the car with camping stuff. When I attempted to access by foot to start handbombing everything back and forth to the parking lot, he wouldn't let me do that either because I didn't have a wrist band. This was after the event was finished by the way. When I told him one of my girls is in a wheel chair and can't do this by herself his response was that she should of read the terms of the ticket and it's our own fault. He also refused to provide me with his security license which tells me he doesn't have one. What a joke of a company. I've contacted diamond and diamond law and am pursuing a legal matter due to the discrimination.

Strathcona Hotel security staff sleeps on the midnight shift-7am. Residents of this Shelter system often need to waken security staff.

We are currently at Boots and Hearts and a security agent lifted a suitcase on to our roof during check-in and scratched it down to the metal on Thursday Aug 4th at approx 9:30am in entry lane 13.She scuffed the side panel with a minor scratch but the roof is the worst part.She was apologizing profusely and said she has no idea why she did that. She told us to talk to her supervisor Ricky.Let's just say dealing with that supervisor " for Star Security has been the most ridiculous

Incredibly rude and dismissive staff. Yesterday was my first day in star security in first Ontario Hamilton. I just came and wore a t shirt just looking for a task but one male who was distributing shirts looked baldy The head Chinese guy said that if you don't stand , go home now. It really disrespected me ,and my sister has a normal issue with the t-shirt He said to her go to your home. Why did they call us if they wanted to send us home at the spot. 10 times we changed our spot even though we were good. The staff is not good they act rude. Even some females told us we are supervisors You have to go here and there. We are security guards. Not volunteer. I highly recommend to employers please get attention towards them.

Worst company ever, I worked with them in the month of September for rolling loud event but they still haven't paid.

0 star review. Very unprofessional and they don't know how to treat their employees right. I just joined and haven't even picked up shifts with them yet they are already threatening and using harsh tone with me. Absolutely disrespectful and toxic work environment. I am glad I found out sooner rather than later I will never ever work for this company. I will also be telling people in my network to stay clear.

My mother was homeless, she had a place in the Bond Place Hotel in central Toronto, which is shut down now, but they had kicked her out of the hotel and stole all her stuff. I think Star Security is thankfully shut down now! Edit: I read another post from the reviewer, which said something about 3rd party contractors. It must've been some of them. Maybe audit your staff more since, apparently, y'all didn't shut down even though it said that on the news last year.
