I can always tell how authentic a Vietnamese restaurant each time I order Bun Bo Hue. I waspleasantly surprised by the smooth nature of the soup. Every drop of spice that came over me like tingles as I intake and inhale. The politeness and pace to receive my meal was like a consistent flow. What a classy feel. With big gorgeous cared for windows the light gently penetrates the lovely space while the air conditioning was cold so that every hot bite made the feeling exceptional.I would say this Modern infused comfort style with class is definitely a date night must! And when alone it sure sets you at ease whatever your day is. Try this place out and tell them Celeste Theory sent you and follow me on instagram@investinlocal for more google reviews.

Recieved their menu in the mail and decided to give it a shot after reading good reviews here. First impressions were good, though I was disappointed to find out that tea was an extra charge ($1.50 for a pot). The food is pricier than other places, but I think it'll be the norm soon with minimum wage having gone up. Definitely a variety of soups, rice and noodle dishes. Portions come in one size only, so if you normally have a small you might want to share with someone. Food is full of flavour and the portions are large. I had the Satay Beef (#24) and while I normally prefer the peanut satay variety, the satay soup here was really good. Also tried a little bit of the Vermicelli with Prawns, Satay Beef and Chicken (#38) and it was amazing. Overall, the three bowls came out to around $45. Worth a try if you are in the area. They also have a bunch of expensive alcohol available for purchase outright, but chances are they'll stay there as nice decorations.

Went there tonight to eat a couple bowls of soup with a family member. Ordered the beef flank and rare beef soup. Disappointed as it arrived at our table fully cooked. The broth was very plain. The noodles were not good bad texture. The meat tasted odd, we both shared the same sentiments there was a fish odor on our beef we weren't sure why that was. It was not a pleasant taste. We had high expectations based on the reviews of this place but you know we eat a lot of Vietnamese food and I'll tell you we will never come back to this place again based on this experience. Try it for yourself if you like, you might like it. I know many other places I would recommend before I would spend my money here again. Unless they got a brand new cook from Vietnam and change the recipe entirely I cannot recommend this place to anyone. This is the first time I have ever left an entire bowl of soup at a table!

One of the best Pho Soups ever! The broth is legit and you can taste fresh ingredients. The proportions of noodles and meet is also just perfect. It’s a great location with enough parking. The service is good and friendly. We like this place very much.

If you're a fan of both seafood and noodles, then you absolutely must try the best satay lobster noodle dish. This exquisite culinary creation combines succulent, juicy chunks of fresh lobster with perfectly cooked noodles, resulting in a dish that is truly unforgettable. The tender and juicy lobster meat is the star of the dish, perfectly complemented by the savory and slightly chewy noodles. The flavors are further elevated by the addition of aromatic spices and satay, creating a complex and delightful flavor profile that will tantalize your taste buds.Whether you're a seasoned foodie or a casual diner, this satay lobster noodle dish is sure to impress. So why not treat yourself to the best satay lobster noodle in town? You won't regret it!

We ordered four different items on the menu, including 2 different types of Vietnamese rice noodles (one hot and one normal), Vietnamese beef sub, and pork vermicelli today. We enjoyed all of them. The place is bright, clean and well decorated. The only advice for improvement is to get more fresh air into the place as the air smelt a bit stale when first stepping in.

I have eaten here 3 times now, and my friends and I are very happy with the quality of the food, portion sizes, atmosphere, and cleanliness. I have had the #24 (satay beef pho) a few times now, and the flavours are great. The broth is spicy and rich, and the beef is good quality. The staff have been very kind to us, and very patient as well. Overall highly recommended.

I can see why you’re called Saigon REX because Rex means king in Latin and y’all are the KINGS and queens of Vietnamese food. Also interesting to note that the Spanish word for king is Rey and that similarity exists due to Spanish being a Romance language. Vietnamese, however, belongs to the asiatic family of languages. Anyway, great food and fantastic service.

Got the satay beef noodle soup. I didn't know it was peanut based and thought it was just chili based. It was still pretty good. The bowl was big and had lots of tender beef. Also I heard the lobster noodle soup here is popular. Need to try that next time.
