Tracey has been an absolute pleasure to deal with! She's very kind, knowledgeable and professional. We went to Europe this summer and ended up with a medical emergency, which resulted in needing to reschedule our flights within hours before departure. It was nerve wracking but Tracey was there for us all the way and worked tirelessly to get us back home. I don't know what we would've done without her. Back home she followed up and made sure we were all set for claiming insurance. We highly recommend her services and are so grateful for her hard work!

Tracey recently arranged transport (bus and air) for me from Nanaimo to PEI. This travel was rather a last minute plan, and one of the flights was cancelled by the airline. However, Tracey steered me all the way through and was patient with my fears of travelling at this time when air travel is so disrupted. All the seat arrangements and the time allowed between transfers worked perfectly. I certainly will call Tracey the next time I plan any travel She is competent, warm and friendly.

Tracey was exceptionally helpful and came through in the clutch with me and my girlfriend's last minute plans. I really appreciated her availability and promptness, especially outside regular work hours. I highly recommend Tracey for your travel plans and will be using her again in the future. Tracey helped us when our boat broke down in Campbell River city, BC and we had to get back to Port Townsend, WA to get our truck and trailer to haul the boat home. We were unfamiliar with the area and the public transportation to manage it. She made all the reservations on the buses and ferry with maps on how to get to the pick up points. Everything went very smoothly. She even continued to help us with other questions we had trying to get home with the boat. I've never had such a friendly, sincere, super helpful and understanding travel agent!

What a fantastic River Cruise. Tracey looked after all the details when I broke my ankle just before leaving. She organized someone with a wheelchair at the different airports so there was never a reason to worry that I would be stranded and also isle seats on the plane made things so much easier. I felt complete confidence in Tracey as a travel agent and would definitely use her in the future.
