Ontario Floor Covering

The lady at the front desk is very rude and not helpful at all. I called to ask about some flooring for a computer room and when I asked for a general price she literally laughed at me like I was asking some unreasonable question. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I will never shop hear again, it’s sad that a local business doesn’t have enough common sense to have decent customer service.

Our favorite place to go for flooring. When we picked out new carpet for our house they were really great about finding us the best deal and something that would feel great. We were unsure what to put in our bath but Rodney recommended a nice flooring and we love it, we have had many compliments that floor in particular. They have a beautiful showroom and their staff is friendly.

Great choices but expensive; had helpful and knowledgeable staff. However, I chose a different contractor because of the cost.

April 20I would never recommend this business. When the owner came to measure our floor, he assured us that they would level out the floor before installation. We were especially concerned about a bump in the floor where the concrete living room floor and the wooden kitchen floor meet. First order and installation took an incredibly long amount time. Covid was an excuse several times, which is allowable. But we felt like we’d been lied to with excuses as many times as they may have been truthful to us. The first floor was installed and where the two floors met there was a dip in the flooring. Nothing had been leveled out. Within two months the seams of the floor began to deteriorate, especially where the dip was. Then the “rock tile” began to rip. I complain over the phone a few times and never got a response back from the boss, as promised. I dropped into the store one day (we live an hour and 20 minutes away) and I marched in and caught the boss in his office. He apologized profusely and promised to replace the floor for free. We chose a sheet cover for the replacement, no seams to deteriorate. We placed our order and were told it would be in in two weeks. I phone six weeks later to inquire on the where abouts of the new covering. Funny thing was that the sales person in the shop was just at that moment looking at the freight invoices and our order was in. I’m guessing it probably had been at their store for a month already. She would call me with an installation date. It took a month for that returned call. They installed our new floor covering yesterday. Again there was no attempt to level the floor. Before the installers left, my husband pointed out the bump across the floor that already had wear marks just from moving the furniture back into the kitchen.Horrible service. I have no use for liars. Take your business elsewhere.
