I have unruly curly hair, and if it's not cut properly, I look like an angy Llama. Surfice it to say I don't let many people cut my hair, but I love the girls here! I have seen several of the ladies, and each one left my curls looking stunning!!

Claire did an amazing job! She did exactly was I asked for! ☺️ Will definitely comeback and see her!!

First time to this studio, for a haircut. I got Sam. Beautiful job. Very pleased.

Shar is amazing. She listens to my requests, comes prepared with ideas and always has a laugh. The owner Toni always has a smile and well wishes.

I have been getting my hair cut here for years. Never had a bad experiance until today. I booked a haircut a couple of weeks ago, normally the wait time isn't so bad but busy patches happen and are understandable. No big deal. 4 hours prior to my appointment I was called and a voice-mail was left informing me that the stylist I was booked with was not going to be in today and would need to reschedule. Again no issue life happens to us all. The issue that I have and why I will not be returning is in the voice-mail I was informed that they would be happy to assist me in rescheduling but to be aware that they are booking several weeks out. Maybe I'm just old fashioned but where I come from when you have to cancel someone's appointment you make an effort to make up that appointment. When someone has already waited multiple weeks for an appointment telling them good luck you can book again on our regular schedule that is still multiple weeks out is both disrespectful and unprofessional.Friendly staff, never had a bad cut from here but after today won't be returning.

Claire took time to understand what my 11 year old was wanting for his haircut, and checked in with him many times to ensure his vision was the same as hers. Menza Luna staff are always on time, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to!

Love my experience, Regan even planned out ahead of time what she wanted to do with my hair based off the photos I sent, and it came out better than I imagined.
