Busy Saturday around 4 PM very slow service, ordered 2 coffees and took us 11 minutes to get . Staff had smiles but could have been a much better organization.

Very, very busy location. I go there everyday and no matter how crowded the place is, they’re pretty quick to give out orders. Hang in there guys you’re doing an amazing job!

All the staff at the location looked like school kids without any visible supervisor or manager at an evening shift. There was a long delay after which anyone came to accept the order and the staff kept chatting amongst themselves.

Worst ever McDo, all meal got issue : our poutine was cold with freezen fromage inside! 2 x 1/4 pound not was asked for( without oignon and pickles ) we got it and asked with extra fromage and I don't get it! Worst McDo ever... Some body told me this in the past but now I know it was the worst one! Need to get more training and management there!!!

I go for breakfast and they are very nice with customers. I often try to spot Huguette since she there often and works well. Best hot chocolate is hers !

While the employees are super nice and offer good service, when I order specific items of the menu without cheese I still get it very often:(.
