Usually fine, but don't come here if you need crickets, or you might end up wasting a trip (like I did). They have no crickets about 50% of the time I come here, so it's very hit and miss. When I came today, they had none, and when I ask them how come they don't stock enough crickets for the whole week, they just told me that they bought a lot this week and a lot of them died. I have complained about this in the past, and clearly they don't take customer feedback into consideration, since nothing has changed with their logistics.Therefore, I will be going elsewhere for crickets, especially if they 1) Can't keep them in stock for customers who have animals that RELY on them, and 2) Can't keep crickets alive for more than a couple days.I can always go to Garden City Pets for crickets instead. They are further away, but they realize that their customers have animals that need food, they carry animals that need crickets, and as a plus they have bigger crickets.

Great store(s), and always helpful staff. Pricing on most items is reasonable except for the odd items.

The girl at the front desk was friendly and offered extra treats for us when we came in to use the dog wash. I paid before use. Unfortunately, what I wasn’t happy with was that I called ahead to use the wash for my fluffy dog, but while washing her I was told I had to leave for someone else they made another booking with. So while my dog was still wet & cold, I had to take her out unfinished because of this. I wish they would have at least told me ahead of time so that I could’ve rushed more and had her ready once the other person was there, but instead I was blind-sighted, which was very upsetting. I’ve also taken my dog here before and was never told of any time limits.

A bright and lovely store to shop at. A wide selection of great pet foods, treats and more. Their premium food line is all my dogs eats and he loves it. The staff always says hello, and is friendly. Their in house points system gets you a free bag of food every few months and their advise has always been sound. Thanks Pet Valu!

The staff here is amazing. My dog (he’s a rescue) has had stomach problems on and off since we have had him. Marissa recommended thrive pro Gut. That stuff is amazing I wish I got it sooner it’s way better than the stuff I was getting at the vet and it works.Also I liked there COVID barrier set up and theyThoroughly cleaned everything after each person.Thank you!!

I would only recommend this pet to store anyone! They have the best staff! I would name all of the but my review would be to long lol! From the moment you step in this store they make you feel like family. My dog absolutely loves this store better then any where else! They even give her treats and lots of attention. Thank you so much to all the pet value employees at this location for keeping 100% awesome! Scouts honor!

My favourite pet store specifically because of ginger the pet store cat!

Their aquarium selection is actually quite horrible. Very little selection on most thing Aquarium related. And they also stopped carrying Frozen blood worms. Probably won't be going back due to this. But other than that the staff were friendly the store was well kept and clean.

Amazing, quick, and friendly service. Proper sanitation practices are being conducted before and after each customer. It really has been a stress-free, smooth transition for customers since the covid-19 outbreak.Kudos to everyone on their excellent work. I appreciate how positive everyone has continued to be while also taking the sanitation factors seriously. Well done!
