Stayed at 9 high St south for a year, one of the units managed by this company. Have to admit the property manager is super rude, and is least helpful after you rent the apartment. The unit had repeated issues like no hot water in winter, limited heat(so you might need to get your own heaters), list ia often down, moods, insects coming out of the vent on regular basis, we had an oven which didn't work and was replaced after a weeks of follow-up. If you have any of the above issues on the weekend, the maintenance or property manager is not available and you are on your own. We chose this despite of the warnings from our friends, because I was new to Canada and had least clue what I was getting into.

Dan is a great boss
