Trying to get my gf to change gyms, I ask if she can come inside try it out and get a feel on it. They let us in just to come tell her after cardio that she has to pay 25$ or leave. Thanks for messing up our training and making her not want to subscribe

I would highly recommend going to the location @ Saint Joseph instead, had proof of vaccination from Ontario and was refused entry, security was call and the security guards completely agreed and did not remove me because they saw I was in the right. Transferred to Saint Joseph location and had no problems.

The lady Manager there said “je gère mon gym comme je veux” (did she get a training). It’s a franchise and customer service 1.0.1 madame!!!I guess the cheap price comes with extremely poor customer service, and from a manager on top of it!!! Find a different gym people! SMH

It’s cheap and you can workout with no frills. I’ve had no issues

DONT SIGN UP HERE! Find any other gym, customer service is non existent. Went in store and to ask how to cancel my membership as im moving out of the province. They informed me theres no fees for cancellation and i have to go online to do it. I cancelled online and was charged 60$. Sent an email to customer service and no reply. Ive been a fit4less member for 5 years. This is unacceptable, i recommend you go anywhere and stay away from this company.

Very clean and bright. Plenty of equipment. Good parking. Safe location. BUT, the music is horrendous and way too loud. They need to play different kinds of music and to keep it in the background. Bringing one's own ipod/phone does not work because the speaker is on too loud.

I paid a lot of money when the Gym was closed and after two months and finally they open, they tell you you should exercise with the masque on ,how the hell can I run on the treadmill with the masque on , believe me it was better if you just kept the gym closed, because the new rules don’t have any sense of logic. I am really sorry for my money that I paid for this gym.

The main reason I give this gym a 2 Stars is the Lady manager as most people agree is so rude, unprofessional and needs some training in customer service, respect and how to be welcoming.The gym only has one washroom literally one for it’s capacity. Not one washrooms divided into multiples sections…Lots of times the wipes are empty to clean the machines….

Best location in my opinion. I moved from Toronto and this is the best location: space wise, equipment wise and service wise.

Poor customer service and flagrant theft.I was robbed recently and the response regarding this incident is incredibly poor. After filing a police report I had asked to see the tape in hope of identifying the culprit. I was not given the opportunity to do so as the manager was not in and they would not be coming in to allow me and the police to review the tape. Only after four days was I able to meet the manager and I have still not been able to see the video footage. Their reason for not coming in was: These are not my working hours so it is not my problem".I also asked to have my membership cancelled and they still wanted me to pay the $60 cancellation fee
