I recently have joined OLW Facebook group. The group members are knowledgeable and supportive. The advice that I have gotten from the group has been priceless and I feel I am surrounded by a group of people that understand everything that I am going through at the time! :D. It is an interesting feeling because although I don't know any of the members I feel I am amongst friends! :D

Great group filled with like-minded individuals. Members - experience and newbies - help each other interpret/learn the RTA and how to be a fair landlords. The group admins work tirelessly to bring awareness about the unfair processes at the LTB that affect both good landlords and good tenants and only benefit those who are in the wrong.

I've been a landlord for a very long time, and have participated in many groups throughout the years. I've found my home with OLW. Kayla is great, the members are wonderful and knowledgeable, and the support is fantastic!It's heartening to know that there are other landlords going through some of the same hardships I am, so we can work it through together and sometimes they point out ideas that never occurred to me.

The Ontario Landlords Watch is a great resource for small and large landlords and property management companies. The information the share is priceless and extremely valuable. I highly recommend the OLW if you’re looking for information on being a landlord in Ontario. They offered a great presentation that I attended and learned so much. I have been a Property Manager for 11 years and never had a place to talk to other industry professionals outside of events and courses, that was until I found OLW. This group is filled with so many people from all forms on the industry. I have met the nicest people and get more help from this group then I ever did in my career. You get REAL advice from true people who are facing the same issues or have been in your shoes. If you own, manage or work in housing, you need to be in this group!

I Know Kayla Andrade personally for quite few years.. I was a novice in landlording business and she was so generous sharing her knowledge with me. She is a fearless and she advocates for landlords ! ONTARIO LANDLORD WATCH group is fantastic ! Everyone is so supportive and knowledgeable. we are getting stronger thanks to the group! Ontario landlord watch also promotes meetings, workshops and online chats.... also create a lot of partnerships with companies in order to provide us better prices. I firmly believe we will be able, in future, to make changes in provincial level.... EVERY LANDLORD , PROPERTY MANAGER MUST join in!
