I recently visited Big Scoop Ice Cream Parlor and was blown away by their delicious ice cream flavors and friendly service. The parlor has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a treat with friends or family. I highly recommend trying their homemade waffle cones, which are crispy and flavorful. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting flavors and making recommendations. I can't wait to come back and try more of their unique and tasty ice cream flavors. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Big Scoop Ice Cream Parlor and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sweet treat in town!

Clearly a favourite, based on the steady crowd out front licking huge scoops of ice cream! And so many options - hard ice cream and various waffle cones, soft ice cream, frozen yoghurt, shaved ice, floats, and other special concoctions. Price as expected. Line up may look long but they move people through very efficiently!

This place rocked after our hot hike! There were some people but the line was quick as a jiffy! We each got a waffle cone with one scoop! I got the chocolate chip cookie dough. It was fantastic! Lots of cookie dough! The other people in my party got moose tracks, and salted caramel and were also pleased. Perfect large scoops! Very big servings but for a very good price! The workers were a ok, they were busy so it makes sense that they weren't super upbeat!

Great service and great ice cream. This is the spot where we get our ice cream everytime we visit the park. Small store front but they have a great system to keep things moving quickly, as quick as one can read all the flavours and make a decision, and as smoothly as possibly. Friendly staff. The cones are smaller (shorter) waffle cones than other places which was weird at first but taste great. Lots of seating outside the shop to sit and enjoy your treat.

This is one of those places that will be around forever. My order has always been the blackberry soft yogurt and I don’t intend to change that! It’s so good! They have tons of options but nothing too complicated!

Ice cream was good. The girls at the counter were rude. They have like 20 flavours and when I asked to taste a third flavour the girl said “that’s too many tasters!”my husband had already ordered his ice cream by then and I was obviously buying. I wonder how much would they lose with one spoon tasters and if the limit is 2 why not write it somewhere to avoid this rude customer service. I will avoid going there

We all love their Ice creams. It was located right on the Marina. The store had a nice vibe to it with a lot to offer then ice cream. Staff were great and helpful. Overall highly recommend for quality ice cream. They had multiple flavors to offer in multiple variety of cones. Ample parking. You can enjoy the ice cream while enjoying the lake. Big Scoop Ice Cream Parlor
For decades we’ve gone here and always it has been 5 star. The service our last visit was not good. Their soft serve machine stopped working which is fine, it happens. However, the girls at the front made it out seem like we were just in the way as if they were surprised that we would even consider reordering which then we got noticeably smaller portions than usual. Tis disappointing, the business must have been bought out.
