We were visiting Banff for a vacation and my boyfriend gifted me a pair of earrings. Once we got back to the hotel I noticed one of the earrings had a hole at the side bottom of the stud, upon returning back to the store the sales associate had no questions and very quickly exchanged the earrings for a pair without defect. Excellent customer service and beautiful options!

In May this year, my husband and I celebrated our 50th anniversary with a visit to Banff. We decided to buy an anniversary ring to commemorate our special anniversary. We stopped in at Stone's Jewelry and looked at a few rings, but they weren't THE perfect" ring. Satoko suggested that we consult with Ash Arora about creating a special ring. He was able to create my "perfect" and one-of-a- kind 50th anniversary ring in less than a month and the price was exceptionally reasonable. Stone's Jewelry made our 50th anniversary that much more special.Thanks so much

In August last year I surprised my wife with a 14 karat white gold ring with sapphire and diamonds, she had hinted at it and I bought it, much to her surprise! Mavis is a lovely lady that helped us, she was so pleasant and knowledgeable with a no pressure sale. Next time we are up from the lower mainland we will stop by. A lovely place to look or shop.
