My mother visited 2 times, every time after more than an hour wait Dr barely spent 10 minutes with her. Very rude attitude and had no empathy for patients. Wont recommend.

New building...when came to 2nd floor three was no signage letting you know what doc was were..I asked someone in the waiting room as there was no staff at the front desk..when the receptionist did show up...no expression. No friendly greeting...when i asked her why there was no signage on the front of their desk. She rudely brushed me off with it tells you downstairs...told me to have a seat. While waiting she was on her cell phone the whole time. Very unprofessional..now let's see what Dr.Mia is like????Ge

Dr. Mia himself is a good doctor with great bedside manner. However, I cannot say the same for the office. Nobody ever answers the phone as it always goes to some automated voicemail system that is extremely difficult to navigate. In my experience messages are rarely returned. They also use an automated robo call system for appointment reminders that is extremely impersonal and has given me the wrong information on at least one occasion leading to a missed appointment. It then took almost a year to reschedule. The time before that the office moved locations and did not inform me, that appointment was also missed. In my opinion this is one of the most mismanaged medical offices in Saskatoon and the desk staff come across as rude and uncaring. Asking for a referral to a different doctor....they really need to step up customer service at this medical centre.
