Wouldn't sell me a phone because I had a better plan elsewhere. Thankfully Amazon was able to deliver but interactions like these make it difficult to buy local since the mobile businesses here in Cranbrook discourage the sales. Tied selling is illegal for banks federally and the next step should be extending that policy to mobile phone dealers. I'll be writing to the Kootenay-Columbia MP Rob Morrison and the CRTC with my suggestion of adding this idea to the wireless code.Update June 27, 2022: I have filed a formal complaint with the Competition Bureau on the grounds of a suspected tied selling restriction and a Canada Post sent letter to the MP raising awareness of this phenomenon is in the outbox.

I’ve received nothing but excellent service from here. I pre-ordered a brand new phone and watch during a long weekend, and it showed up the following weekend. 10/10 with fast pre-orders. They got me a phone where everywhere else told me good luck and that I wouldn’t be able to find or get it anywhere anytime soon. Well Bell sure showed them wrong.I picked up my new phone and watch today. Again, amazing customer service. I got talked through the whole process, any questions we had were answered. Professional, friendly and very helpful staff. I would 100% recommend anybody to go there for all their phone, watch and tablet needs.I will definitely be back!

I switched from Rogers to Bell 2 years ago and do not regret my decision. The staff there are very welcoming and do their best to give me the best possible deals for what I need. They have also assisted me with finding cool apps to make things easier using the phone I have and everyday life and assisted me with ordering a new phone when my old one got damaged.I would %100 suggest Bell to anyone who is looking for a company that has great staff who are very knowledgeable about their phones and will assist you in finding what works best for you.

Everyone in the bell's team really helped us out yesterday and today. There was some glitch in porting the phone number and they literally spent two whole days just to fix it and give the us greatest deal anyone can ever get. Definitely my go to if I ever need any more mobile products.
