Best towing company I've worked with! Long story short, I broke the frame holding the hitch on my truck, had sod on the trailer that needed to be on site the same day... So I called AAA Towing, explained my situation to Rosanna, the most professional, patient, understanding dispatch. She did everything to make it work, and she managed to set up everything to get my trailer towed THE SAME DAY. I have to say their drivers are awesome! Especially Creig! Not only a really good driver, but also friendly, calm and professional. I was stressed out and he saw that, explained how he was going to pick up the trailer, how he was strapping it, how he was going to unload it, everything to make me feels safe while traveling. He made quick check breaks, to ensure the load is still safely strapped, to my surprise, with a trailer like I had, nothing moved. He unloaded it on a very tight spot, and managed to get it where I wanted without anything damaged!It's simple, you need towing call AAA Towing. I had an excellent experience with AAA Towing. Steve met me at my place of work and was very friendly, efficient, personable and explained everything he was doing. Rode with him to the dealership to drop off my car and he made sure it was parked in the appropriate area. I highly recommend AAA Towing for anybody’s towing needs.

Our car got stuck in snow and the front tire was off road. Called AMA and they sent AAA Towing. The help arrived sooner than estimated and very courteous owing specialist, carefully lifted and got the car back on road. There no damage to the vehicle. This isn't the first time I have had to use this excellent company. THEY ANSWER THE PHONE ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AT ANY TIME I'VE EVER CALLED. Consistently, they deliver excellent service from the owners, to the pleasant phone operators, and the skilled recovery operators, these guys are awesome.Today though was the best to date though, as Kevin came to one of my work sites to help with a mishap with one of my machines. He arrived earlier than expected, had a great attitude, adeptly found the best solution to rectify the problem, and then delivered a flawless recovery and all with a smile and even asked if he could help clean up some of the mess, late on a Saturday evening! Great experience following my MVA. Rhonda and Ali were both courteous and professional from start to finish. They are authorized by Calgary Parking Authority and picked up my truck from the lot in a timely manner. Very reasonable tow rate. Highly recommend, very stress free service. They also accepted etransfer for payment which made for a simplified process Thank You!

Shout out to AAA Towing! Our car broke down this morning and they had it hooked up within the hour and on its way home to us (every other place was a minimum 3 hour wait). The dispatch staff and driver were very friendly, helpful and professional. We will happily use them again if we need a tow.
