easyhome Rent to Own

The manager at this location was GREAT in the begining. I called and emailed the store 10 days before my payment was to come out of my account and asked them to not put it through as I had fraud in my acct and I would come in to pay. I was confirmed by email everything was taken care of. The day the payments were to come out sure enough they did screwing up a lot and causing unnecessary NSF fees totaling about $100. When I called to ask what we can do to rectify the problem Nicole answered OOPS OH WELL. NOTHING WE CAN DO!" I definitely DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE.A week later they did the same thing to my neighbor. !! UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE"

Their ads say so much a month then triple in price for the item. They have hidden fees they do not tell you about. I was gonna get a couch for 33 dollars a week and pay bi weekly. Should be 66 bi weekly and they wanted to charge me over a 100 bi weekly plus 270 on delivery.

They refused a loan to me because I was native, said something about reserves, and said I was going to be fraudulent. Her name was Nicole, who by the way has many complaints against her. Gotta love the great reviews from white people, probably treated like gold there. Probably racist. Guess that's their policy. Oh well

As someone who’s credit wasn’t the greatest and was unable to get financing at other stores for furniture I decided to get my furniture and some other household items through easy home. In the two+ years I have been a customer I have made all payments on time and in full and this has helped to improve my credit. Ultimately that was my goal and it definitely has improved over the past couple years.The staff have always been friendly and courteous and I’ve not had any issues. Even when one of the items wasn’t working properly they went beyond to help get the problem fixed.If the store didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, they sourced items and they brought them in for me.In all I have recommended the store to others and will continue to in the future.

I have been with easyhome on regent in winnipeg for 25 years. I would never consider going any where else. They are professional. If anyone has problems with easyhome that's on them not easyhome. I have never been late with my payments. I love my furniture and appliances. They are awesome to deal with. I highly recommend easyhome on regent Ave. In winnipeg manitoba.

Picked up a 1080 projector the bulb needed to be replaced, they brought the bulb all the way from winnipeg twice and it was the wrong bulb twice, I called to complain and was hung up on many times I then called the main office and told them that something better be done about this or I was going to call the Better Business Bureau and lock them out of my bank account and they could pick up their junk at the land fill.I got two months payments free and finally got the right bulb.Easyhome is corporate now they have to answer for their mistakes if you know the right people to call, and call easyhome over and over again until you get satisfaction it's your right.

Attended the store and was told that the washing machine and dryer that I was going to purchase via payments to this company. I provide all personal information, including my husband's information. Was told that we could provided the delivery man all proof of income and residence etc. No problem. I was quoted October 4th as being the delivery date (2 weeks after I went in to the store)Have all information printed and ready to hand to the delivery guy. He tells me he cant take the paperwork and to email it to the store. They could have told me and then i would have done it.Then they tell me the amount i need to pay monthly doesnt match with the papers I signed at the store.AND I have to make a prtial payment today. Nobody told me until (an email i missed) until they were here. I didn't expect this, as no one mentioned it before, so asked if i could keep the washer and dryer (because I have a TON of laundry to do, waiting for these damned machines) and come to the store the next day and make the payment.I was told no, and they left with the machines.Im so glad I dodged a bullet. I would never work with this company again. So disorganized and underhanded. Felt bad for the delivery driver.

I’ve been dealing with easyhome for a while, but what makes this easyhome more special than any of the others is Christian. He has to be one of the easiest and most wholesome people I’ve dealt with. From helping me get a bed during my pregnancy, to helping me furnish my new home — I’ve really enjoyed the excellent service, hard work and dedication to customer service and experience. I would 100% recommend this store if you’re ever thinking about leasing to own options on furniture!

I would recommend the store as they are so helpful I’m a little fussy and I had a gentleman named Christian that was so amazing my washer broke down and he had one for me was same-day delivery I really lucked out. The staff there are so friendly and courteous ☺️☺️☺️

We were looking for a solution to a 3 month wait for some new furniture. A friend advised that they had gotten furniture from a place like this in another city. We looked on the Easyhome website and it had a weekly price and said if at anytime you wish to return your product you may do so without further obligation". So we assumed this must be ideal for us. But when I called the guy told us no they don't do what their website says
