Pretty simple. Check in on the tablet. Lots of shields and stuff in place. Guy at the counter was polite. No complaints. In and out in about 5 minutes. No line on a Saturday at 11am

It was a bit stressful to say the least moving from one province to another and changing all your health and vehicle documents over.I can tell you that Michael and Kelly made everything go smoothly and easily for me with their knowledge, kindness and patience with understanding my feelings and handling the timing of everything!Such fabulous workers with such great personalities that really helped me to get things done right! Thank you so very much for making this transition for me an easier one! Great company name as you are indeed a One Stop Shop that does it all!

I had the most incredible experience EVER here and it was all because of the most wonderful person ever!! Her name is Mel and I highly recommend that everyone goes there solely to see her because she was so helpful and patient and understanding and knew exactly what to do to figure out my driver license renewal problem and she's only been working there for 8 months?? Amazing. Absolutely amazing. Also I think she likes taco bell so that makes her extra cool.

Wait wasn't long, but the service advisor said my information was incorrect and told me to come back but I know the information was correct. Maybe he didn't want to deal with me for the last 5 mins of his work day. Either way that was unprofessional..

Mel was very personable and helpful in getting my license and plates transferred from Ontario to Alberta. Made the process fun which I enjoyed. Thank you Mel! Thank you for the laughs and smiles.

Both times I've been here I've dealt with Mel and she's been fantastic both times! She answered all my questions and was very friendly. Again I've only been here twice but I've never had to wait long, there's always lots of people working and the waiting room is never full.

Lori (Manager) provided me with excellent and timely service and was very knowledgeable too. I appreciate the extra time and effort she took to help me as I went through the process of doing a lien check on a vehicle I purchased. I also want to acknowledge the great service Alona provided me in registering the vehicle I just purchased. Overall I had a very positive experience and would recommend One Stop Licence Shop South to all my friends and family. As a bonus I found their pricing to be better than other License and Registration palces in Red Deer too. Tony

The agent was competent but it was too difficult to hear what was being said through the full wall of plexiglass the owner has insisted on keeping up at each booth. Reflected speech from all the other surrounding booths adds to the problem.Masking and post-pandemic safety precautions are desirable, as are security precautions, but the environment as it exists here is oppressive: the customer is denied the ability to receive important information and a senior with any level of hearing impairment would be completely marginalized.A noise-transmissible vapour screen would be easy to install and is badly needed: why has this not been done? All in all an extremely frustrating, very negative experience, both for the agent and the customer. Not to be repeated.
