I must say how grateful I am to the Manager Zoriana, and her colleague Polina at the Vaughn Mills location. They greeted me with smiles and helped me in a crisis which was fixing my bow tie for my wedding the next day. They basically saved me and they made sure my wedding attire was complete. Thank you ladies.

Lea was such an amazing associate. She was a very patient and kind individual. Guiding us and giving us very handy tips in trying to find formal wear. Allowing us to try more or less everything we wanted to. Definitely highly recommend this store for others!

A huge selection with fashion forward colours and designs. Umberto assisted us and we couldn’t be happier. His taste is impeccable and service was very good here. He was also very good at finding flattering cuts for my partner who can traditionally be a bit more difficult to fit (slim build, wide shoulders, very slim legs). Appreciated the assistance with styling and colours as it made shopping much easier. The girl at the fitting room (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) was also fabulous and kept things running smoothly with so many people in and out. Will be back for sure. Thank you!

Matteo greeted me and my friend as we originally walked into the store just looking to browse. We quickly became interested in some pieces and we spent over an hour with matteo as he took us around the whole store showing us all we wanted to see. Throughout our visit he never pushed us to buy anything. By the end we had spent over $300 in the store. Matteo is a gentleman and a great sales associate.

Lea has been a wonderful help. She has many good suggestions and advices for styling. She was very approachable and her customer service takes away a lot of the pressure when purchasing my a new outfit. Would definitely like to come back again.

Leah and Sayyeda were both amazing in their customer service support. They each took the time to care for our young family members needs in the purchase of his first dress shirt. A great store and great selections! How amazing that there’s a store just for men with lovelypieces!
