My husband and I came here for foot reflexology and had called ahead to make sure they could take us in. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. We stood there for a good 5min waiting around before someone greeted us. When we thought the massage was about to start, mine did. They left my husband soaking his feet for a good 15min. My masseuse told him to take his feet out of the water and just threw a towel on top of one of his foot. My husband ended up drying his feet himself and sat there waiting. By the time his masseuse came to massage him, she would stop to talk or walk away as customers kept coming in and she had to assist them. At one point, she took out her cell phone to contact another masseuse?And left her cell phone in between my husbands feet while checking her messages and massaging with one hand. The foot massage was also cut short 10min because they took in more clients and it got busy. My husband's masseuse was also re-using her gloves as when she sat down to start the massage, her gloves were on and greasy. What I witnessed and experienced today was super unprofessional. Poor customer service as well. Would never go back or recommend!

I had a lovely body massage session here. During my appointment I left feeling very relaxed and with my neck and shoulder soreness greatly improved. The facility is very clean and receptionist was very friendly. The price is reasonable for such pleasant experience. I strongly recommend this location for a satisfying afternoon.

I usually like their cheap massages, but last night was awful. I came in 10 mins early for my appointment. The three ladies saw me and told me to wait, then proceeded to yell at each other. It was extremely Uncomfortable. After about 5 mins of them arguing on who would have to massage me, I decided to just leave. No massage is better than a hate massage..

Terrible customer service. I've come here several times and the service and quality of masseuses are incredibly inconsistent. I've had bookings changed last minute after booking a week in advance, or specifically asking for a female and getting an inexperienced male, then they gave me half a session for free to apologize after I had to really make a complaint as they expect you to remain silent and submissive, deal, and they mostly just want to clock in and out and squeeze people in with no personal care. Each time it was an excuse and no amount of pre-booking works and I don't have the time to just walk in and bet on whether a good masseuse is there.I would not recommend this place purely due to the bad customer service. I had 2 good massages with them out of the 6 times I showed up and where 2 were cancelled last minute or my originally booked masseuse was not there and I was told only when I showed up. I tip well and have been doing what I can but I don't think this location is a respectable or dependable business service.It's truly a waste of time, gas, and effort. Language is no issue as I speak Chinese. There are no excuses on that front where they just pretend not to understand.

Excellent reflexology massage (feet shoulder neck)…also my wife had back pain & they offered an additional 10 min lie down session which was miraculous - masseuse knew every trick to twist n turn n stretch n massage to relieve her pain within 10 minutesHighly recommend the place - Vivi is very skilled masseuse

I went here for a massage, the old guy was too rough, and just use the elbow to jab at all the nerves, it's been 3 weeks now my neck area still hurts ever since I went for a massage. Went to the doctor, then hospital. They say there's nerve damage on my shoulder due to deep impact.Those guys are trained gonna sue them for injuries.

Great service! I was having pain in my calves and feet. They took me for a same day reflexology appointment and threw in a shoulder massage. I was in heaven! Services are quite affordable so I’ll be back.

terrible service.Today I went with a friend and the one who served me is very rude to others they charge you a mandatory tip. The tip is not mandatory, it is optional and they make you pay cash outside the tip, it is terrible to flirt, I definitely do not return
