Could not have picked a better place to workout. The owners/trainers are all top notch. They are all extremely knowledgable and eager to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. The atmosphere day in and day out is welcoming and encouraging. Fitness Nation members are friendly and supportive, making gym-going easy, fun and contagious.

I’ve been a member of Fitness Nation for several years.The coaches whorun the sessions are owners of the club. I see a difference in the commitment of the workouts due to this.Each coach has their own style and due to this you are guaranteed a variety of workouts. Btw they are all amazing. The coaches actually care about how the members are working and progressing.Although this is a “boot camp” type of gym the approach is pure positively and encouragement.The gym and members are welcoming to all levels of fitness and are nonjudgmental.Best decision I made was to be part of this group!

I’m a Newbie at Fitness Nation and I am thrilled to say, I feel right at home! Having had the “typical” gym experience numerous times in the past, I wasn’t sure I’d ever commit to a longtime gym membership again BUT I DID, and I couldn’t be happier or more sure about my decision.This fitness centre is outstanding! This gym is top notch and is the best gym I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to many!) Great trainers, great energy, great community. I’ve been coming here for about 8 years and it is home. I was never a believer of gyms but I had to take my health back and so I joined Fitness Nation. I’ve never felt mentally or physically better in my 55 years of life. The trainers are all unique in there workouts which never makes a workout boring. Love them all. The members become like family, Encouraging and supporting one another.
