The team from Modern Automation designed and implemented a Crestron automation system into my new home. The time, effort, and energy this team has put into our project deserves praise. I can't say enough good things about Johnny and his team. Project was completed to specifications and on time.

I have been a customer of Modern Automation since 2005. The company installed TV systems and stereo equipment into two floors of a new house. Upgrades and replacement were made in 2007, 2010, 2015, and 2017.In 2021 a totally new TV system and receiver were installed in the lower floor TV room; in 2022 a new TV was installed on the main floor of the house.Andy Lee has always given me a range of choices re new equipment and good advice re which system and equipment to use. I have never regretted any of these choices. The installation dates were always honored, the set ups efficiently performed and most importantly excellent instruction on how to use the equipment was given. If I had difficulties with any parts of the system I was able to access backup aid quickly.I find TV systems and stereo equipment and their setup a challenge. It has been reassuring that I have always had a company that can perform these chores for me.I have been a customer of this organization for 18 years and have very satisfied and pleased with the service.
