Had an amazing experience with this business. Neil was very professional. As soon as he diagnosed the problem he explained what needed to be done thoroughly. He was prompt and efficient. Got good vibes as soon as he came to the door. The cost was very reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

After having weeks long issues with our garborator, we finally called a plumber to see what our options would be. Neil was very accommodating and fit us in the same day. Very good communication and accurate arrival time which is rare from my previous experiences. Neil was very professional, direct and to the point about the different options we had. He explained the steps and promptly fixed the issue.The only suggestion I would have would be to only charge the 'call out fee' to potential customers who are just getting a quote. The price would be more reasonable if the call out fee was waived when the customer pays for 300$ or more work completed in a short period of time. That aside, overall a great experience and would recommend!

Extremely high standard of customer service. Neil was professional and very patient when answering all of the questions that we had. He was extremely careful in terms of leaving no mess and he is very courteous and personable. I will definitely recommend his services to any of my friends and family who are looking for a plumber.

We had our hot water tank replaced, Neil did a great job at getting us the best price. He was there when he said he would and did an excellent job, would definitely recommend to anyone.

We have used No Leaks Plumbing on a couple of occasions now and their service was outstanding both times. First time was an emergency repair on a Holiday monday and we were so happy Neil was not only open but he came very quickly and solved our leak immediately. I would highly recommend No Leaks Plumbing to anyone who asks! When I had a flood of water commencing from my kitchen sink and pipes I contacted Neil - owner of No Leaks Plumbing because I knew he resided in my complex but I had only met him once briefly. He gave me a very fare special neighbourly rate" and helped me source-out a good faucet to save me additional money. The job took longer than anticipated after he had already worked a full day and then I needed him to check out some additional last minute non-related Plumbing issues

Great service; fast and professional. He was able to show up the day I first called him, and the repairs to my hot water tank were completed by the next day.

I had Neil replace our hot water tank. I received 4 quotes over the phone, Neil's was competitive and he was able to replace it the next day which was quicker than the others. He was quick, efficient, held true to his verbal quote and cleaned up after himself.This was my first time working with Neil, I am impressed with his demeanor and professionalism.
