Everyone was very friendly. You can tell that they love the pets that come to see them.My dog gets worked up going to the groomer and in the past has been uncooperative, but when I went to pick her up , I was early, and I saw my dog sitting still on the table with minimal signs of discomfort. She seemed happier when she was done and they did a fantastic job! I have been to a few groomers and I this has been the best experience yet! I am really happy that I found Golden Cuts. I plan on coming back again and again!

The very best place for grooming in Vaughan. We took our sweet girl Maggie there from the day Amanda opened the doors to Golden Cuts. They were always so good with her but never more than in the last few years of her life. Alicia was her groomer and she loved Maggie, they all loved Maggie and recently when we lost our sweet girl we received a beautiful and heartfelt message from both Amanda (the owner) and today Alicia. My dog ​​is only six months old and this was his first shave. Although I asked the lady who shaved my dog ​​to cut half of her hair, which is about 12 cm, for her first shave, she officially cut all of my dog's hair. In addition, the backs of the arms have been cut by carving into it. While my dog ​​normally never gets cold, now he sleeps with his blanket and now I feel that he is very unhappy. Since this is her first experience, I'm afraid he won't want to go to the groomer again. I would definitely not recommend this grooming service to anyone in any way.

Amanda and her ladies are AMAZING! Nala comes out always top notch, looking and smelling so clean. They take very good care while she is there for her grooming. I highly recommend/trust Amanda and any of her girls with my dog and anyone else's dog. They all truly enjoy what they do and it shows! Thank you.

Groomer cut my dog’s tongue. It was an accident, but I was not told about the incident when I picked up my dog. In the car ride home I noticed her mouth was covered in blood. They only told me about the incident after I called to inquire what had happened. I will not be taking my dog there again.

Been coming here for years. Nothing but good things to say about this place. They do an amazing job the staff is incredibly talent and sweet. They always call me with reminders which is super super helpful! Love this place. If they cut human hair I'd be there first customer. Price is very reasonable and for what they do and how they treat your pet worth every dollar. Sometimes they'll post your dog on there instagram page which Is a pleasant surprise! I’ve been with Amanda and her team for nine years. They are amazing. My Jippy and Sofia always look happy when I pick them up. My babies 2nd home. They are the best by far!!!
