I bought a wig from this store that they advertised as being real hair. I needed to adjust the color so I tried dying the wig and for some reason the dye had no effect. I went to the salon where I got the dye to ask why it wasn't working and they did a test on the wig and told me that it was completely synthetic, not real hair at all. When I asked Hour of Celebrations for a refund they took no responsibility at all and blamed their supplier. In the end they actually laughed at me. So now I'm left with a useless wig that wasn't what they had advertised and they refused to do anything about it. Zero integrity. Buyer beware.
